We were beyond impressed with NW Expert Heating and Cooling! Our furnace was fried due to a weather power outage. The team went above and beyond to work through repair options. When we opted for a new system they were able to quickly send an estimate and get us on the books. The repair team was wonderful and even installed a new thermostat for us during the furnace installation. We could not be more grateful for their attention to detail and care.

They installed top of the line Trane equipment for us at great price, Nichole and I are grateful to Richard Scott and Eddie Demchuck for keeping us cool and comfortable this summer and beyond. The energy savings from the heat pump system will pay for itself in the years to come and we'll stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter, hard to beat that. They're a local family-run business and provided us with professional service from the estimate, to the install and processing of the rebate. I don't receive any kickbacks or discounts for this, just an honest opinion from a happy customer.

Two workmen arrived on time and ready to start work. They were extremely professional and respectful and it was very clear they were confident in their work. They had a large amount of work to do and worked tirelessly all day until the job was completed and checking along the way that we were happy with everything .
Hands down, a fantastic experience and we are super happy with the work we got done. Worth every penny and then some.

Beware, if these guys adjust their quote for you in any way, they will not warranty their work. So unethical! Who offers to do a job for a specific amount and then won't warranty the job and the worst part is that they wouldn't have told me this critical piece of information if I hadn't asked. Take your business someplace else where you can count of people to uphold the quality of their work. Shameful.
