Had a faulty part which was no fault of this company. I called and had a tech out 3 days later. They diagnosed problem quickly. Part came in and was replaced quickly. Techs were on time or early everytime, Very professional and communicated very well by cell and text. It was an excellent experience.

Joel came out on a Thursday to diagnose my furnace, which I could hear crapping out the morning I called. Determined a new furnace was the best choice rather than put a band-aid on a 40+ year old furnace. A two man crew showed up on Monday morning (get that? just over 1 working day!) with a new heating system (furnace). The guys were done in just a few hours on a rather difficult air handler hanging horizontally under the house. Had a couple hiccups but were overcome quickly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Our furnace motherboard was broken down ~ this part was sold out everywhere in the whole puget sound area. Thanks to Shawn - in getting the part within 24 hrs! HE is amazing! Shawn resolved my furnace issue quickly and the cost was reasonable. Not only fixing but Shawn took his time to explain to me (what and why) he was doing the steps he took to repair the unit. I recently had NW Expert Heating install an entire new heating system in my home. I was happy with the quality of work but realized when the first cold weather hit that there was a problem with the unit itself. They tried multiple times to fix the problem to no avail. Despite the inconvenience, the team at nw expert heating made an executive decision and was quick to respond and address the issue by upgrading/replacing the first unit. They were professional and polite throughout the process, and they went above and beyond to fix the problem in a timely manner.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the level of service provided by NW Expert Heating. They took responsibility and made sure to correct it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this heating company to others in need of heating services. They truly exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, these are some of the most polite people. A special shout out to all their employees for being so kind. Everyone from Evelyn & Julie whom I spoke with over the phone, to the first technicians who were on site for the original install (Oleg and Daniil), to the service technician who came on site to trouble shoot (Mike Wulf) and finally, the last technicians who were on site for the last install (Sergii and Alex). My heater was not working after purchasing home. So decided with heating and AC. This company was recommended by my co-worker. They did a great job. Everything works well. Love the WI-FI Smart thermostat capabilities. Purchase price is very competitive and reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
