Northwest Experts were wonderful, including walking me through the steps of setting up my thermostat and online payment. They were courteous, efficient, and professional.

Good service. Courteous and responsive employees. We had some issues because there was no follow up and our heat bill went up. After we called, a technician came out next day and fixed the problem of the gas furnace overriding the heat pump.

We had our 29 year old furnace serviced and Mike was AWESOME! He came on time, he was professional, he was very knowledgeable about our furnace. * updating this review. They did come back and follow through so that the furnace is working. Also changed the drain line to a simpler more professional set up that is better. The heavy snow we had during this time was undoubtedly a factor in the problems.

Unfortunately our old heater went out on the coldest days of the year. This company installed a new furnace that doesn't work. A technician has been back 4 times already. Each time it works for a bit then stops working again. They also don't seem to have any working idea for draining the condensation it produces. They rigged a pump with plastic tubing that doesn't work. Never seen such a set up before. They say they'll TRY to come back at some unspecified time. In the meantime it's cold.

We just got our AC installed and were really happy to get the service completed during these most recent heat waves. I was extremely happy that we were able to get them in for a quote and then get the AC installed about a week and a half later. We also got a call two days before installation to let us know that they had a cancellation and would be able to do our installation a day earlier if we were available. We decided to stick with our original date and the professionals arrive right on time. The only real problem we had with our installation was some aesthetic things and we couldn't communicate too well with our professionals. When they ran into an issue we had to get on the phone with another person who translated the information to us and our responses. Having to use someone not on-site to help communicate was the only downside as it became a bit difficult to try to negotiate ways that we could get around the issue. This was only a small issue for us as we were able to get the installation complete and not have to deal with having an overheated house anymore.
