Tidewater Pro Air

Tidewater Pro Air has rekindled my belief that there are still companies that offer great customer service. When I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate visit the response was polite and prompt. Prior to their arrival they notified me of their movements. They arrived on time. Joshua (the technician) was very polite, efficient, thorough and considerate enough to explain every step to me without me having to ask. The job was completed in a timely fashion and at a cost that I consider to be fair. I recommend this company with no reservations.

Tidewater Pro Air did an excellent job. We called them for a free estimate to replace our 10-year AC unit because it did not keep up with the heat outside. After Josh took a look at it, he confidently said that we did not need to replace it. He asked for our approval to check it, then explained a lot of things. Evidently, we need to replace both out-of-shape capacitors and the external contactor. He tested everything thoroughly and found out the refrigerant was low maybe due to improper installation in the past, because there was no evidence of a leak. The price is very reasonable, and they deliver what the company mission, which is customer satisfaction. We have saved a couple thousand because of the best solution they gave. Definitely we will recommend Tidewater Pro Air to friends and others. Thank you Josh and team of Tidewater Pro Air for saving our life!

Always love dealing with Josh Gray and the guys of Tidewater Pro Air. Very professional and prompt! I had both HVAC systems replaced in my house and they were in and out in a flash. Good care was taken to assure everything was left clean. Never was I pressured for any huge upgrades or service plans. The Nexia thermostats are also a nice touch. In my opinion, they are the best in Hampton Roads! Thanks again guys!

Hired for preventive maintenance after just moving in. Mike and his team were awesome. Extremely professional and explained things thoroughly to include pictures. They called before coming, were early to the scheduled appointment which worked out perfectly, and wore masks and booties in my home. Replaced two capacitors on the spot which were previously unknown to be functioning subpar. Highly highly recommend! I will be using this company again.

Tidewater Pro Air was one of the first quotes we received and I was sold. After 30 years of pets, dusts, and more it was time for the air ducts to get cleaned. The professionalism from Josh and his team were beyond expectations. They were the only company that would actually come to your house and show you on camera how dirty/clean your ducts were. He walked us through the entire process of cleaning and other services. I felt the price was extremely fair for the job and efficiency they provided. I couldn’t recommend them more for any cleaning.
