Tidewater Pro Air

Josh is amazing. He went above and beyond when our AC went out and our home warranty company failed to service our home quickly and efficiently. It was essential to get fixed since I have newborn twins in the home and a whole crew of family coming to visit that same night. Based off our first conversation josh was kind enough to bring portable ac units for us to borrow until things got fixed, however he was able to fix our unit in the first visit, something that the company our warranty hired completely missed. I should also add that his service call was done after hours and same day! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with tidewater pro air and Josh. We will be using them for any service needs as well as signing up for preventative maintenance program so we can hopefully avoid any future problems.

BLUF: Tidewater Pro Air replaced my HVAC system, and I have ZERO regrets about choosing them for the installation of my new system.

Prior to this past summer, I had never heard of Tidewater Pro Air, and I don’t consider learning about them happenstance. I honestly believe that the Lord told me to leave home for lunch on a day that I normally would not have, just so that I could meet Josh M., as he was providing maintenance to my neighbor’s outdoor unit. I knew that I wanted to have my entire system replaced, but I wasn’t sure who I would hire to get the job done. After speaking with him, I got his business card so that I could call to set up an appointment for an estimate.

When Josh G. came to my house to give me an estimate for replacing my system, I never felt like he was trying to sell me something for the sake of selling it. It was an honest dialog about what was recommended and why. After receiving estimates from 3 other companies, I decided to go with Tidewater Pro Air simply because I felt like I could trust them.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my new HVAC system for about a month and a half now, and I am certain that I made the absolute best decision to have Tidewater Pro Air do the replacement. On installation day, Josh G. and Mike were punctual, they wore masks the entire time they were indoors, they cleaned up behind themselves, and put everything they moved back like they found it. Every Tidewater Pro Air employee that I have ever conversed with has provided me with nothing but excellent customer service and professionalism, regardless of the questions that I have. I am happy that I am now a part of the Tidewater Pro Air family, and I look forward to working with them in the future!

Mike and Hunter were very professional. They patiently explained what they were doing and why. They took photos of issues in areas we could not see in order to show us the before and after of their efforts. Would definitely recommend!

I was looking for a high efficient HVAC unit for my house and Tidewater Pro Air was referred to me. Let me tell you I was impressed!! Josh came out and gave me quote. I’ve had other companies come to troubleshoot my HVAC unit which has been having problems. Joshua from Tidewater Pro Air came out and figured out the problem within minutes. Had multiple options and prices to me within another 20 minutes and repair appointment set up one week later. I will continue to use them from here on out.

Tidewater Pro Air, from the time they gave us a bid (in June) through the installation of a Mitsubishi split unit in our Florida Room, has been a professional, courteous group of guys. They installed the split unit in one day. They were neat, concerned with the quality of work, and very courteous to me and my husband. The room was clean when they left. I highly recommend Josh and his team. Our unit is quiet and cooled our room. Without a doubt, we will use the company again (have already requested a quote on another job) and will recommend the company to our friends. My husband's background is in HVAC; he is as happy with their work as I am.
