A smooth experience from start to finish. My A/C coil and condensate drain pan needed to be replaced. Tidewater Pro gave me a solid price on the work I needed and explained anything I had questions about before, during, and after the process. They came in on time, every time, and took care of business without any shenanigans. I also decided to have them clean out the dryer vent while they were at it. Friendly and speedy service. After trying just about every company in Hampton Roads to come evaluate my geothermal units and not getting a single call back, Tidewater Pro Air jumped right on it and was at my property in less than 24 hours, and provided me all the calculations and information I needed within an hour of leaving. Meanwhile, Josh also jumped right on helping figure out what was wrong with my air handler that was keeping the upstairs from getting cooled. Mike was amazing! Went above and beyond to make sure our HVAC was running at 110%. This meant dealing with cleaning a cloaked cutter where our AC run-off went. It was nearly impossible to clear, but he did it with a smile!
