    Have to give a shout out to Tidewater Pro Air for being so responsive yesterday when our AC went out. We got home from doing some errands to a house that was 80 degrees and climbing. I called and got a quick return call and the tech was out in 15 min or so! He had the parts in the van we needed and got us up in running within the hour.

    It wasn’t a cheap fix but it never is. It was money well earned by getting to us quick(didn’t have to pay after hours or be without AC this weekend) and they had everything they needed with them! Thanks so much guys!!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am SO glad we went with Tidewater Pro Air, I found them with a simple Google search after our AC stopped working (of course right at the start of a heat wave) when it was 95 outside and inside we were at 81 and rising. When I originally called they told me they didn’t have any appts for a week, so I went on with my search, but a bit later I was called back and told they have a tech that could come to my house within the hour since they finished a previous job early and now were able to fit me in today - that was really so kind that they even called me back! Josh and Dell showed up on time, and throughly explained everything as they were finding the solution. They are very detailed oriented and respectful, they took their time to explain and show me before and afters of what they serviced, and cleaned up after themselves. Less than two hours later, they had not only fixed the issue but preformed proper maintenance to the unit outside and in the attic to make sure we stay cool the rest of the summer. They answered all my questions, and helped me sign up for their yearly membership to have them come out twice a year to keep our house running efficiently no matter what season it is. I really can’t thank Josh and Dell enough for getting us all taken care of today! They are truly hard workers! We look forward to using Tidewater Pro Air for any issues that may arise in the future and for our yearly maintenance!

    First of all I have been in the ship maintenance industry for over 40 years and though I am not a residential HVAC technician I know the basics and what a quality job is. I was having issues with one of my (2) four year old HVAC systems making noise when the AC shut off and a moldy smell when the gas furnace was operating. I had not had the systems checked since the units were installed (new house). I looked on line and saw positive reviews for Tidewater Pro Air. I let them know of my issues and they suggested the normal maintenance checkups for both HVAC systems. Having had this service done before by other companies at another house their price seemed a little high so I passed for a while. Being a DIY guy I know to check for a few items but everything seemed in order so I set up an appointment ready for the maintenance check and the inevitable up sale. Well the day of the appointment two service techs showed up on time (Plus 1) to service the AC section of my two units and I explained what I had been hearing and smelling. They both listened to my issues and said it didn't make sense but they would look into it (Plus 2). They both performed all the inspections on the units outside and cleaned the coils then they proceeded in the attic to perform the remaining maintenance. A few minutes later they informed me that the units had never been installed correctly (imagine that). They showed me where a piece of the air handler cabinet was flopping around each time the unit came on and the shipping material was still inside the units even though there is a big sticker on the unit telling the installer to remove the material before operation. The shipping material and what looked like an instruction manual were a big moldy mess which they cleaned out. Then they cleaned the coils with a strong cleaner and sealed up the cabinet as it should have been originally. This fixed both my issues and they did an excellent job. It took them almost 3 hours to do the maintenance, they cleaned up everything and repaired the incorrect installation and once all that was done then they checked the units for proper operation. I was expecting them to say my Freon levels were off or my capacitors or relays were bad.... but nope, they did everything they said they would. Fixed my installation issues and didn't charge me any extra for any of it. (Plus 3). In this time where every company seems to want to get into your door for a small price and then up sale you for everything it was a pleasure to have two professional minded technicians that listened to my issues and took the time to look for the issues and resolve them without wanting additional money for something their company didn't do. I can't say enough good things about Tidewater Pro Air. Keep up the good work and see you this fall for the heating service checkup.

    Josh and his team are the best! He did an install for me in March 2021 and the difference has been very noticeable. Josh was very responsive and communication throughout the process was very good. They came in and very quickly got the job done. Had a minor issue with the thermostat but he made sure it was taken care of quickly. For a major replacement (two HVAC units), to be such a pain-free experience was a surprise. This is a good company with good hard working people working for it.

    Top notch service as always. Their customer service is great and their technicians are knowledgeable and amazing at their job. I have a fairly old unit and Tidewater Pro Air has kept it alive, they have aways had repair parts on hand and diagnosis and repair was quick. They do a great job of doing any cleaning and system checks as needed keeping your system as efficient as possible. They're the first company I call and they've never let me down.
