TL;DR version: Doug is a liar. He also thinks it is reasonable for you to wait around for him for TWO DAYS. Read other reviews, and immediately request another contractor.
We had a confirmed appointment window of 8am-12pm (via text) on Thursday, 6/15 through our home warranty company. No contact was made by the company, and they were unresponsive. We waited at home all day. Friday morning (6/16), my husband called to ask why our tech never showed. Doug stated that he called and left me a voicemail when he was supposedly on his way. Review of my voicemails and call log determined that was a lie. Our ring cam also shows nobody coming to our door except our mailman. At that time, my husband asked for a new appointment window. Doug said he would call back in a few minutes with an appointment window. He did not call. At 1:30pm, my husband and I attended an important and long doctor’s appointment. During that time, Doug called to say he would be at our house in 10 minutes— with no warning or appointment. When my husband stated that we couldn’t be home, Doug acted like it was our fault. He stated that he would call back immediately with an appointment window for next week.
It has been over 24 hours, and no call has been received. It has been 5 days since we submitted our AC work request.

Mr. Jackson was awesome, he came out to service my system this week after he had a cancellation. He was kind, courteous and thoughtful. I had to wait for my part to come in, Mr. Jackson let me use one of his heaters to keep warm. He replaced the blower motor on my unit and cleaned the system. I was his last call of the day, Mr. Jackson took the time to help me set up and operate my new digital thermostat. We need more caring servicemen like him.

Kudos to these guys. Quick turn around time abs fixed the HVAC issues right there in the spot. No up sell or bait n switch. I’d use again and recommend from my experience!

Doug was extremely unprofessional and abusive when he came to my home for service. He took all of 10 minutes at my house to diagnose my AC unit while taking 3 separate calls on his phone. When I told him I wanted to call my home warranty company to verify his information, he wanted to cut and run, then accused me of being racist! I reported him! Stay away from this business.
New note. I just found that Mr. Jackson stole my disconnect plug that powers my AC/heat pump! G filed a police report for theft. Can't believe a business would treat a customer this way.

Very poorly run business. I usually read reviews to determine if I will use a company. However, in this case this company was the only option with 210 home warranty. Twice they missed my time window and currently I am waiting on a call back from them after missing my time window by 2 hours at this point...
