Tidewater Pro Air

Not that this team needs another five star, but it’s deserving of the rating. From initial estimate with Josh M., to multiple reworks of equipment to get to the final estimate and final install date, they responded quickly and professionally to all the challenges I imposed. The team that installed, showed up on time, went right to it and knocked out a gas pack, and a second story split in under 8 hours. Craftsmanship is what I expected after speaking with Josh on many calls/texts. This team/company does not disappoint in quality and professionalism. My hats off to them and would recommend to anyone to reach out when in need.

Josh came out when I was my AC was running very loudly and had not been serviced in YEARS. Each step of the way he explained everything and the options we could make at each step so I could make a informed decision. He took and provided pictures of each item he worked on as well as showed me on the machine what the issues were. I really felt that he was looking out for my best interest and giving me all the info I needed and wanted to know. Luckily he way able to repair my unit at a good price and now I am signed up for the yearly maintenance program to ensure this doesn't happen again. Rates were fair. Tech was not pushy like a salesman.

I had an AC unit break down in late spring and decided to take a chance on Tidewater pro air. They definitely earned all five stars of this review - they came out quickly to service the unit, but found that it was broken beyond the point of repair. Different replacement options were presented so I could choose the best fit for my budget/preferences, and they communicated very well and provided easy financing options. The cost of the service appointment was credited toward my replacement (a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for - these guys did the whole system, provided temp AC until the ordered equipment arrived, and have full warranties on their work!). The team worked quickly and left no mess. The technicians are all very friendly and courteous - special shout out to Mike for handling my home from start to finish and being very helpful and up-front. Highly recommend in the Hampton roads area!

I worked with the technician Josh for my A/C repair. He was very professional and was willing to talk through everything he was doing while working. I learned a lot about my A/C system and he quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit's contact switch. Extremely knowledgeable and extremely professional. There is definitely a reason these guys are rated the best in the area.

Absolutely thrilled with Joshua and Tidewater Pro Air! Called them late yesterday afternoon and he had it fixed this morning. Showed me what was wrong, fixed it, tested the system and is sending me estimates on fixing my odd sized filters. He let me know that he could actually be here ahead of the appointment and was very professional. Tidewater Pro Air will be the company I call from now on!

I’m SUPER stoked! Josh & his employee Nathaniel replaced my Gas water heater today! They were very professional, and swift! I felt very comfortable with them being in my home, completing my replacement. Very humble, knowledgeable, personable people. They’re great assets to the company!

Jason was scheduled to do an estimate only. However after speaking with him he was able to complete the cleaning of our air vents and installation of vent covers. He was extremely professional and answered all of our many questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had another amazing service visit from Michael! We are always so grateful for the team at Tidewater Pro Air for keeping up with our maintenance schedule and reaching out to coordinate our appointments. They never forget to keep me updated on when our services are due. Brandon called me to remind me of our upcoming maintenance needs and set us up with an appointment and Michael arrived on time and answered all of our questions. He showed us pictures of our unit outside and helped troubleshoot an issue with our filter size (old home problems). Just knowing we have a team that cares means the world to us!

We made the mistake of hiring someone else to install our new $9K AC unit. We had nothing but issues from day 1. while we still had an active contract with company #1, my husband found Tidewater Pro Air. They were able to help us even though company #1 keep saying they couldn’t find the issue.
Once our contract was done with company #1 we QUICKLY switched to Tidewater Pro Air! BEST Decision ever!!!!

This past weekend we were out of town - came home to no AC. I have bad allergies and a double sinus infection…..I called, Brandon said I can have someone there in 15-30 minutes. Is that OK? YES!!!

Josh was here within 15 minutes (I think less). Played with the dogs for a couple of minutes, fixed the AC, cleaned and checked everything. Asked if there was anything else he could help with - played with the dogs while we chatted.
So thankful for their service and professionalism!!!!

I called this company because of the high ratings I found online. They didn't disappoint. I had Joshua at my door 3 hours after my call. He was quite professional and knowledgeable about what may be needed to get my 30 plus year-old central AC back to performing again. In about 20 minutes he had everything working and gave me my options moving forward without undue pressure even though our system is well beyond its expected service life.
