Technicians were courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
Josh was thorough in his check on my system. He was able to spot an correct an issue that immediately assisted with the problem I was having with vent pressure in certain areas.
After providing a fix he explained the issue along with possible solutions to make my system more efficient.
No attempt at a hard sale or trying to get me to replace my entire system.
They were awesome.

Technicians at Tide Water Pro are right people for the job. They are courteous and well versed in all things related to HVAC systems.

I called Tidewater Pro Air to do half yearly maintenance on a system that was put in by another company having issues doing the service visits I had pre-paid for! They fit me in, serviced the unit and explained all steps they took. They were very professional and friendly. I will definitely be using they in the future.

Technicians were professional, on time, explained the issue with my system, presented me with options to repair and sourced the parts needed all in the same afternoon. What more can you ask for? Josh was my Tech and let me just say he was very informative on things we didn't even know from the previous AC installer. So far the simple fix has taken care of the issue.

Josh is reliable, courteous and professional whenever he comes to my home. They have replaced both my AC units and I trust them which is important! When they say call them if you need anything, they mean it!
