Josh was excellent! Explained details an engineer, like myself, appreciated. Made good recommendations and provided info on what to look out for going forward. I will use Tidewater Pro Air again.

Tidewater Pro did an outstanding job installing a full Trane heat pump, furnace, and 3 zone system in one day. I'm very impressed with their work. Friendly and professional, too.

Recently our prior unit failed and was not able to be repaired. We had service contracts with other companies and there was a blend of repairs over the years. We received quotes for full system installation from two companies and while costs were comparable, the customer service was superior with Tidewater Pro Air. They were responsive to all communications and spent time to educate us on the choices we were making. They were honest in their assessment of our current system, what would be needed to get us up and running and what they recommended moving forward. Their professionalism, knowledge, and patience with me during the process was amazing. They really listened to what I wanted and worked with me to make sure the new system fit our family. I would definitely recommend.

So grateful to Tidewater Pro Air for a super quick appointment and top-notch customer service. Joshua and team identified the problem with our a/c, explained everything, presented our options and within an hour, was making necessary repairs. He made sure all was satisfactory before leaving, which left me with peace of mind. It was a pleasure to work with this company. Highly recommend!

This review is long over due ! I had my old system taken out and tidewater pro installed a new hvac system and heating system. I was nervous about gas leaks since our previous furnace was so outdated. They reassured me that they would take care of the job and they did awesome work. The heat works great. The seals on our equipment are tight, so I am gas worry free.

The guys came out and cleaned my vent ducts. They were on time, did a great job, and my wife loved how they didn’t make a mess. Thanks again!

With the inciming cold teen tempuratures coming in, I thought it would be in my houses best interest to have maintenance performed on my Furnace (whichbis 20 years old). I had no recoreds from the previous owners of when or if the system ever had maintenance done. They were able to schedule a teach to come out the very next day! Mike arrived before the scheduled appointment time. Mike was very thorough, courteous and was very complete in his explanation of everything that was occurring. He even showed me how to adjust the dampers and labeled them for me. This company is now my go to for any HVAC/Furnace issues and for yearly maintenance. Great experience and would recommend to anyone in the area.

We love Josh and all the guys. They handle our home, rental property and commercial building and they do amazing job on all three.
