Tidewater Pro Air

We contracted several vendors for a new HVAC. Tidewater provided the most comprehensive assessment of what was needed and detailed proposal for the work reflecting the thoroughness of their inspection.

Given the tight supply problems, we were amazed that they were able to find the unit that we needed and scheduled the installation promptly. Throughout the process, they kept us advised on the status of the order and schedule for installation. The crew arrived at the agreed upon day and time and accomplished the installation in about half the time I would have estimated it would take. Other than having a brand-new, high-efficiency HVAC, you could hardly tell they were here. The post job clean-up was immaculate.

These folks are true professionals. Give them a call it you need a new system or repairs on an older unit.

Tidewater Pro installed out new system a year ago. They were wonderful! They came as scheduled, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and spotless when they left. Recently, my heater did not turn on, they were out that day and realized we had just turned off ,unknowing, the emergency wall switch. The were very professional and courteous with my nuisance need!

Outstanding service! Josh was on point and quick in identifying and resolving the issue in minimal time! Not only did they hit my house but my neighbor came over as they were leaving and asked if he could check his unit. Josh did and also fixed their issue quick. Would definitely recommend.

Very courteous when I called in with my a/c not working properly. They arrived the same day on time, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed quickly. Their prices are very good, and they have installed new heating/air conditioning units at my house, my parents, my in-laws and friends houses. Everyone has been completely satisfied with their professional service and knowledge of their business. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service, or new install.

Top notch team of young professionals who were efficient and tuned in to the job. Very respectful of our home during the install. Craftsmanship was first class, especially the outdoor unit that can be seen from the house. The team was very courteous and they did exactly what they said in their quote. Being concerned about the quality of air in our home, Jason came out to check and see if we need our ducts cleaned. We concluded that they were relatively clean, but decided to have him install a "BLUE LIGHT" at the coil to kill any unwanted spores from mold or mildew. Noticed the results almost immediately from the smell of nothing in our air, but clean!! Thanks Air Pro and Jason!! Love you guys!! Mom

So, we discovered a little creature was playing around in our air ducts at our little river cottage! Not only did we see insulation in the vent, but we could "smell" that some critter had been in there...YUCK! I called my ductwork guy, J, and he told me to shut off the vent til he could get there. He and 'D came and in no time changed out the whole piece of ductwork, where we could easily see the critter's holes he had made to access the insulation to stay warm last winter! A special "Thanks" goes out to J for crawling around in the crawl space that is especially SMALL!! Thanks so much!! You guys are the BEST!!!!

Just had the guys @ Pro Air come clean the air ducts and vents in our home! Amazing to watch as each vent was cleared of debris just sitting in my vents....yuck! They even found where one of the returns had come loose and fixed that too!! Thanks Tidewater, for helping me keep a CLEAN home, that now even smells sooooo clean!! (We slept like babies last night...lol) No hidden odors ANYWHERE! And even though it was a little more pricey than some others, I have their assurance and commitment to see to it I'm up to date and efficient to save me $$ in the long run!! Thanks again guys......you're the BEST!!

Can't recommend this company enough. Josh came out at 4:45pm on a Friday to help us out in an emergency situation to fix our gas boiler so that we could have hot water in our home. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable on gas boilers, which is a rare find b/c these types of systems are not that common. Their after hours fee was very reasonable and Josh was a pleasure to work with. He also provided us with a cost estimate on recommended updates to our system- which he emailed that same night.

2017; Always there for me and my family. We never seem to have a problem unless it's the weekend or after 8pm. Tidewater PRO Air is always there no matter what. Our family has used them for our last two a/c issues and they have also come back for maintenance. We've been very happy with our experience and will only use them in the future. Big thank you to Tidewater PRO Air.
2019; Thank you again for such fast efficient work. I can't thank Tidewater Pro Air for the kindness and hard work. Our hot water heater blew and was such a stressful messy time. Tidewater pro air took care of everything and I can't recommend them enough.
