Josh is thorough with his explanation of the services provided and educates the customer on the mechanics of the HVAC and heating systems which can easily be understood. He is very professional, prompt, and organized. Josh provided exceptional customer service.

Tidewater Pro Air is all about customer service. Honest, dependable and dedicated describes who they are and what they stand for. I was without a functioning heat pump.They brought over space heaters to keep me warm until the new heat pump came in.... even offered to bring my wood in for the fireplace. Can't remember ever having such caring service. I highly recommend them!!!

Josh and his team installed a new tankless hot-water heating system. They did a great job. Always excellent service, installation, price. Easy to communicate with and happy to answer all questions to help us make the best decisions for us. Highly recommend them to anybody.

I enjoyed my experience with TPA. We had them replace an entire system, clean/repair all ducts and retrofit both zones with clean air/allergen equipment. Everything went as proposed and was done in a day - Josh was always available to answer questions. Would prefer to only use them in the future for HVAC service needs, was a pleasure.

Had Tidewater Pro Air do an electrical installation to our RV.
Could have burned down our home as well as our RV as it completely stopped working. Feel like we waisted a lot of money as we are having to get it completely done over again. Got pictures of burned (defective) parts...
