I could give so many more stars than 5. We called Jon this morning and he had a new unit installed by evening. Jon is honest, reliable, Prompt straight forward and knows his business. And very reasonable. I would very highly recommend him Thanks again Jon

After two sv calls by another co I called Jackson. Came over within an hour and fixed everything. Very knowledgeable and a great guy.

Jon is awesome! We have used Jackson Heating and Cooling a couple of times now and the service is always amazing!

My air conditioner went out right before it started getting hot and I held off replacing it with other things on my hands. Then it got hot, and I reached out to several different organizations just to get the run around and prices that just did not make since. John was recommended by a friend I trust so called him up. He cam by and evaluated what was going on with no BS and gave me options that I could afford. Good thing to as I had family coming in town and was starting to stress. John got the new unit and had me up and running in short order. I even offered to help as I have problems watching other people work and he just laughed and said, “I’m getting paid for this so just go relax, you will have AC soon”. And I did! Even came with follow up care I didn’t expect and would have had to pay extra for with others.

This guy is sharp and easy to deal with. If/when I have issues with my furnace, he will be my first call. If you want someone that can communicate, treat you with respect, and not rob you I would recommend giving him a call.
