Love when a service company actually comes when they say they will, do the job they say they will, and provide a quote plus ask for permission before performing additional services. Great hard working guys, couldn't have asked for more!

My plumbers were professional, clean, and polite. They managed to cut a hole in the ceiling, approximately 2 x 2’ and still cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly to my dogs. They were on time and gave great notice regarding pricing, expected time of arrival, etc. I’ve been trying for months to repair this leak. I tried other plumbers. None of them came close to the quality I got with ostrum.

Awesome service- always very helpful, efficient, and trustworthy. I’ve been using them for years now and everybody who works for them is great- but special shout out to Kyle and his assistant for their work on a busted pipe.

Great service, had plumbing and electric done for a dishwasher install, they were even nice enough to haul away my old cabinet that I removed to make space.

Ostrom technicians are always friendly, reliable and professional, and do high quality work.

Today, they diagnosed problems with our 20 year old garbage disposal and our powder room toilet and ended up replacing both.

The annual service plan is a great value and saved us a lot on this visit.

Jessy and Ian installed a UV water sterilizer in my new homes crawl space. They did an excellent job and were professional. They also aided me on how to keep up maintenance on my new system. I appreciate their work. Definitely recommend these guys.

Billy and Darren were on time and were very professional. Instructed me on proper usage of thermostat and what to be aware of during the first few days after installation.
