Ostrom Electrical Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Ryan came out to do a scheduled plumbing evaluation as part of our regular maintenance package. In the course of trying to locate my main water shutoff he discovered I had 3 inches of water in my crawl space and that my sump pump wasn't working which was a major problem since it is raining heavily today. Ryan rearranged his whole day so he could address my emergency situation & had all the work completed in less than 2 hours. He provided excellent advice and worked with me find the most efficient solution. Very satisfied customer.

Daniel and his fellow plumber from Ostrom fixed a tricky problem in my new home, with my dishwasher's drainage. They were very clear about how they would resolve it, worked quickly, and were exceedingly professional and polite. They kept me informed throughout the process, and did a great job. Toby and Scott came out to do some maintenance on my heat pump and cleaned my coils. Another company stated that it would be thousands of dollars and very difficult, but they managed it with ease. They were professional and personable, and very thorough with explanation and detail. Overall I'm very pleased with the service and planning

First time calling Ostrom, everyone was professional & polite. Had water heater issues. Cameron & Shay came out next day diagnosed the issue, and installed new water heater. The water heater, unknown to Ostrom, was defective. I called first thing the next morning and Ostrom sent someone out that day. Aaron showed up and though unable to determine the exact issue, called in to office and they sent a new water heater out for him to install. Cameron, Shay, and Aaron where all polite and professional. They all quickly did their work without making a mess. Not only did the guys fix my issues, they explained all that Ostrom has to offer. I'm not one that often purchases extended warranties, or service contracts, but Ostrom's was fairly priced and offer multiple benefits. I will definitely be using Ostrom for any future plumbing, electrical, or HVAC needs.
