Very polite guys did a great job on saving my 1938 toilet from being replaced. Very much appreciated. They came out the day after I called. Will definately call again and recommend!

Jason was professional and advised me what to expect time wise as far as the electricity being off, etc. He was efficient and gave me information after the job was done and answered all my questions.

Big shoutout to Daniel, Dustin and Cameron for coming through same day requested and performing a water heater replacement. Daniel assessed the situation accurately and honestly, was very patient with my questions/concerns and even taught me a few things during the process. Dustin was big muscle on the hill and Cameron saved the day 🛻. I appreciate that I never felt over/under sold on anything - Daniel was a straight shooter on the situation and did not try to give me a short term fix on a long term problem. I appreciate all their time and attention, working past 5pm to get the job done. Definitely recommend Ostrom for your home service needs

Ostrom tech Joey did outstanding work for us today in providing our seasonal HVAC systems check. He was extraordinarily thorough in the points of his assessment of our three units. He sat down with me at the end of his check of all three and walked me through every aspect of the tests he performed and the results. He gave me tiered recommendations for services which would be beneficial to the overall efficiency of our system but did not pressure me at all to accept any of these. I did decide to have him do a system clean for each unit, which was a very affordable. I appreciate the high quality service Ostrom provides and would highly recommend them.

Jessy from Ostrom came out within three days of calling and making an appointment. It was skilled and helpful with all the necessary adjustments/changes/&install required! My kitchen and gas lines are looking great thanks to Ostrom!

We’ve used Ostrom for several things, all the way back to our HVAC install. Layne came out today to help us with a garbage disposer that was having some issues. He was on time, showed me everything, and explained it to me so that I knew what was going on.

Called 5/2/2023, appointment made for 5/3/2023. Technician showed up on time, assessed the work needed, gave me an estimate, and was able to immediately do the work. Very professional and courteous. Answered all of my questions quickly. I would highly recommend this company.
