We had a couple of problems that needed to be fixed. The kitchen had to be replumbed and a leaking toilet needed repair. Not the cheapest, but everything was done right and I don't need to worry about getting everything redone again in the future

I thought the repair man was very thorough, professional, and fair in the estimation for the repair. He was thoughtful and coming up with a solution to replacing water lines that have been recalled years before. I highly recommend this business.

This is the 2nd time using Ostrom for home repairs and I'm again impressed with the quality or service. They immediately identified the problem with our furnace, and once the part arrived quickly installed it. The initial call back once I submitted a request was extremely quick--maybe 20 mins and this was very late into the evening. Everyone was so professional and friendly. I've used them for plumbing services before as well with outstanding results. They are definitely my go to from now on!

Excellent work. Toby explained everything he was doing. Replaced and repaired needed parts. I had called someone else 2 days ago, who barely touched it. I had asked why water was leaking all over floor from AC unit, and he said:"I don't know." Toby was very thorough and found problem. Fixed it in one afternoon. He came really quickly. I have an older pet and needed this on an emergent basis, because I was leaving her here when I left for a day and a half. I'm sooooo happy.

Dan was your representative, he did an awesome job of analyzing and fixing the issues I had. He help me work out a payment plan and set up a time to do the job. He was on time and was efficient and left the place clean afterwards.

Daniel was hands down one of the best serviceman I’ve ever worked with. I had 3 burst pipes on Christmas Eve and a shoddy prior repair. Daniel came in , detailed the problems still existing and offered estimates for various work. Cannot say enough about his work and professionalism.

This Company is outstanding!!!! I have used time and time again. My water heater burst at 1:00 in the morning. I called them at 08:00 and Jessy was here by 10;00. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote and had the water heater installed by 13:00 and was gone. Couldn’t believe it!!! He even took time to sweep up some leaves so he could take the old water heater out the basement and not mess up the house!! So grateful!!!
