Technicians Cameron and Dustin were extremely prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They replaced our water softener and repaired a couple tub faucets. We will definitely use these services again when needed.

Quoted over $3200 to repair. Told I would absolutely need a condenser. Never got a call back

I recently noticed that the water hose faucet didn't have alot of water coming out and the water was leaking from the foundation. Kyle and his partner came in and fixed within an hour. He was efficient and they cleaned up. They were informative and very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend Ostrom. They were also prompt with the appointment.

Ostrum was responsive and had a technician come out the same day I called. He was friendly and helpful. I’ve used them twice now. There’s a standard $89 service fee for coming out which I believe is fair. Any additional work is charged appropriately. Ryan, the HVAC tech they sent, always goes above and beyond when he’s here to ensure the system is in good working order and explains to me what’s wrong and helps me understand the system. I continually request for him as our go to HVAC tech.

Dan and Hunter did a wonderful job with replacing my electrical panel. They were very professional, polite, descriptive and did everything correctly.

Fantastic install for my tankless hot water heater and they beat the competitors pricing. Definitely will be calling Ostrom for any needs in the future.

Cameron and his apprentice, Dan, took care of our maintenance to our hot water heater that was installed in February 2020. They also took care of a clogged drain problem we’ve had, and were successful in completing all necessary work. They were clean, helpful, efficient, timely, courteous, and I would not hesitate to have them back in our home.

We have used Ostrom for multiple repairs on our home over several years. Their employees are the nicest people. They show up on time, they explain all repair work in great detail prior to completing and they follow through with testing everything. They do a great job and I would highly recommend them.

To say I am impressed with this company is an understatement. I was blown away by their whole performance. From getting to me quickly, to being so kind, to going above and beyond what was expected, and finally getting the job done. They made a horrible week so much better.
Friday night our gas was turned off due to a gas leak. Saturday Josh came to our house to try to detect the problem. Although he was unable to fix this problem (not his fault in the slightest) he did everything is his power he could and even offered to get us space heaters since it was cold.
Kyle spent the remainder of the days with us (Monday-Wednesday). Tuesday was a LONG day and I honestly have never encountered somebody working so hard. From the moment he got there bright and early until he left late afternoon he was going trying to get our gas turned back on.
After a new water heater, a fixed pipe and 5 days with no gas (no hot water or heat) Kyle and Conner were able to fix the problem.
