Ostrom Electrical Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I waited all day with no update and called at 4 pm and no plumber had been dispatched yet. They showed at 5:05 pm and I had plans to go out.
The service Jay and the apprentice gave was excellent and the work took an hour.
They should do better with scheduling since I called 5 days in advance.

I will use them again.

I have used them 3 times now in the last 6 months for plumbing and electrical! Jay and his apprentices have been courtesy, professional, efficient and great to work with!! Great service and company!! I will keep using them!

Replaced original 30 year old Lenox heat pump, replaced thermostat, added float switch and unclogged drain line, missed in 2021 preventative maintenance call. The clogged dtain line and missing float switch resulted in pantry and kitchen ceiling leaks.

My first experience with Ostrom was fine, the quote was good when compared with other companies, and I was happy enough I even joined the preferred member program. My last two calls however have been very bad experiences.
The most recent call was when my fan fixture stopped working, they did their troubleshooting and said I needed a new fan and possibly a new switch. I bought a new fan, but before paying $700 to get it replaced I watched some YouTube tutorials and thought I would give it a go first. Upon opening the old fan to remove it I found an unplugged wire- I, with no electrical experience at all, got my old fan running in about 15 minutes. If they troubleshooted the issue before quoting the tech either knew what the issue was and was upselling the heck out of me or didn't care enough to do a basic check of "is everything plugged in?"
I would like out of the preferred membership program at this point- I don't trust the company anymore.

Daniel and Ryan were professional and informative. They answered all of my questions and even let me watch so I could understand how my new system works. Would 100% recommend.

Great experience. We had a leak from a line to a bathroom faucet. Originally, we called a different company who said there was a worn plastic piece at end of a hose. They said we had to replace the entire faucet to resolve problem. Since it was part of a matching pair that meant replacing both. The prices quoted for the new faucets were very high. I was suspicious of needing to replace the faucet for what seemed like a small problem, so I called Ostrom. And boy am I glad I did. Ostrom came out in one day and immediately diagnosed the problem. The they said we only needed to replace the worn part. What was going to be a $1,600 job with the first company will end up being less than $150 with Ostrom. B need to mention our service guy, Jay was outstanding. He was positive, thorough and provided a great answer to our problem. He even worked with the faucet manufacturer to activate our warranty saving us money on the part. He was honest, straightforward and very conscientious. I will now only call Ostrom first.

We were having an issue with water coming up into our basement. We used our home warranty and they chose a different company. This company came out twice and did not resolve our issue. They told us they would have to tear up our yard and the issue was with an exterior pipe. We called Ostrom because they were excellent the last time we had a plumbing issue. Aaron and Dashe came to our rescue. They were very professional and let you know about cost up front and there are no surprises. They were able to fix our problem the same day! They fixed our clog and showed me what the problem was. They thought outside the box to fix our problem. I will always call them before any other company. Aaron and Dashe were very personable and they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you for finding a solution for our family.

These plumbers are cheerful, bright, creative, highly experienced, undaunted by older plumbing or unusual challenges, & they explain things well for customers not versed in technical lingo. They work hard & get it done. This is an established, reliable company people value, & its employees are the reason.

Kyle was excellent! Kyle identified 3 different areas where our pipes had broken due to the recent freeze and fixed everything on the spot. He was courteous, professional, and wonderful to work with. I have used Ostrom’s several times and have always had excellent service.
