All they had to do was re-install 2 pedestal sinks and a toilet that we had removed during a tile installation. They charged $2100 and said that was the “discount price” from $2400 for just 3 hrs of work. It was robbery and we’re never using Ostrom again.

Kyle and Dustin did a great job cleaning out sewer line and hooking up a new clean out valve. They both were so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They really impressed me with quality workmanship!

Kyle and Scott installed a brand new hose hydrant for us. They were prompt, professional, and very friendly. They explained everything to us in a way we could understand and presented us with several solutions to our problem. It was a pleasure doing business with them, we couldn't recommend them and Ostrom more highly!

The two young men that showed up listened to my concerns and evaluated the problem. The last person that I had hired dismissed my concerns and refused to check them out. He took it upon himself to (mis)diagnose the problem and it persisted. Ostrom listened, then conducted their evaluation of the situation and fixed the problem. They were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. They communicated what they were doing and showed me where the problem was and how they were rectifying it. They cleaned up the mess, and provided a referral for drywall when asked. I will certainly recommend them to friends and will use them in the future if/when I need their type of service. ~A. Shively
