I have used this business for approximately 10 years for various systems, and I brought them with me when I moved. They have always been professional, reasonable, helpful, and have always been on time. Recently, they replaced a heat pump and AC system, price very reasonable with 10 year warranty parts AND labor (which could be huge, and not offered with other companies). Very pleased with this company!

I've used Butler for 14 years in two homes and have always had a positive experience. Most recently Ray came out to diagnose and repair our AC after a power surge. He showed up on time and updated me as he went along. He took his time, tested each component and only replaced what he needed to. He also documented the work very well for our insurance claim. I started with Butler last year when we were having issues with our HVAC system. Contacted Butler they were quick to respond. Tech they sent out (Bryar) he was fantastic very friendly very knowledgeable. We have dogs in the house and he was great to make them feel comfortable. Since then he has been back to do regular maintenance checkup.
And we still received the same service as we always the last time. Butler is the only company we will continue to use moving forward. And I would recommend them to anyone that is having issues with their systems or if you are looking for regular maintenance programs.

Our a/c stopped puting out cold air. We called Butler and a tech came out and said a fuse had blown and he replaced it. The a/c worked fine when he left. The next day we left for a 3 week vacation and found the a/c not working when we returned. The same tech from Butler came and did a diagnostic one the unit and found faulty wiring. The unit is working ok again.
The question I have is why didn't the tech do a diagnostic test the first time he came out. Evidently the a/c unit ran the whole time while we were gone, resulting in a huge electric bill for the month
The Tech charged us for both service calls. I believe he should not have charged us for the second call because he should have done the diagnostic on the first time he came out.

Part needed replacing. My appointment was scheduled from 12p-5pm with a 20 min before arrival courtesy call. Technicians arrived just before 3pm. Unfortunately, the part shipped was the wrong one. Waited about a month for this new unit to be serviced. Technician’s were super nice and apologetic. Hopefully, the next service call will be a positive experience after waiting 5 hours with no resolution to the original service call.

WC Butler installed our system in 2012 and have done all the maintenance since then. We have always been pleased with their technicians. They are knowledgeable, punctual , and courteous. They charge reasonably and don't try to run up the bill.
