Our PTAC (a heater/AC unit usually found in hotel rooms) was overrun with black mold. The Kohmar guys came in and we’re pleasant, punctual and professional. We were able to begin using our heater immediately after they cleaned it. Great service!

I just hired Kohmar to complete a cleaning of my air ducts this week. Steve was awesome. He was very patient and informative. I am a researcher by nature, so he never made me feel awkward to ask my many questions. The price was reasonable considering what they have to offer compared to others. I liked how they were quick to produce proof of insurance and license. Some companies can be skiddish when it comes to that, I've noticed. They appeared to have nothing to hide. Steve and the team that came was prompt, efficient and professional. They used booties on their shoes, drop cloths and wore masks and gloves the entire time. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. I can tell that they care about the level of service they provide. About midway through I was asked how things were going and if I had any concerns. I appreciate that. If you're considering this company I believe you will be pleased. I definitely plan to recommend them to family and friends.

I booked Kohmar to clean my father's house as well as mine. I was driving through my dad's neighborhood and saw their truck and made a mental note to call them.

I called and talked to Nikki who was knowledgeable and very positive about answering my questions explained their business. I immediately booked an estimate appointment.

Jerrell came out and inspected both houses. I was at both locations and we discussed what needed to get done and what extra work was required. Later that day I received estimates and were both a very good prices.

Kohmar was amazing to work with. They were, by far, the most professional contractor we worked with during our home renovation. We used them to seal our ducts with AeroSeal as well as a cleaning before-hand. They also installed a hard duct for our dryer and rebuilt an incorrectly installed range hood duct in our kitchen. All of their work was superior. Very happy to have found this company.

I hired Kohmar for dryer vent cleaning services. Scheduling was a breeze. The home office was wonderful to work with. The technicians were also great. Didn't make me feel stupid when I didn't even know where the vent was for the second floor laundry room -- also laughed at my jokes! Were extremely professional and personable, and of course, they did a great job and cleaned out the bird nest situation in the vent causing the problem. Nice guys and I really appreciated their work.
