Cleaned house ducts on 4/17/23. Good communication before and during cleaning. Called office with last minute questions at 7:30am the day of cleaning and even though office did not open until 9am, Dana called back at 7:35am with answers. Prompt and courteous technicians.

I highly recommend Kohmar for your HVAC duct & vent cleaning. I had it done 2 years ago by another company and it didn't come close to what Kohmar did this time. It is important to note that Kohmar is NADCA certified and cleans the vents, especially fiberglass vents, according to the industry standards. Half way through the process it smelled like someone took the roof off my house and pumped in fresh air. I cannot say enough about the technicians, Emmanuel and Zack. They were so professional and respectful to my house as they roamed from room to room to clean the vents. They kept me updated and were so pleasant to work with. The technicians arrived when scheduled and were very professional and courteous. The owner even came back the next day to address an HVAC problem that turned out to be unrelated to their work. They did not charge me even though they replaced a capacitor during diagnosis of the issue. In strongly recommend them for future service.

I hired them to clean out my dryer vent. I was used to having the exterior vent and actual dryer vent cleaned out, which they did not do. I called and asked about the dryer, they apologized they missed it and they set up a time for the next day to come and do the dryer. I was very pleased with their quick response. Technicians were very polite and courteous. I would definitely use them again. Every once in awhile, even the best companies have a hiccup. They were great. Call them!!!

Great company, I highly recommend! They did a great job cleaning our HVAC systems. All of the service technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and eager to fully meet our needs. The girls in the office were very helpful and friendly too when I called about scheduling and post cleaning pictures. Great experience, we will definitely use them again in the future!
