Kohmar Air Duct Cleaning LLC.

Kohmar cleaned ducts & vents for two HVAC systems at my house today, with three men (Tanner, John & William) for 8 hours. Very thorough, very professional, very hardworking, very nice, & very clean (with thorough cleanup after completion). Were able to replace some vents & grills at my request (no upselling), same day & reasonable charges. Kept me informed of progress and procedures very well. Not a cheap procedure, but after watching them all day I think it was reasonable for all they did & how they did it. I would recommend them.

I would recommend Kohmar to anyone needing a duct cleaning service. Their service techs Steven and Austin were very professional, worked diligently until my system was clean. I plan on having them do other work on my ducts too. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive service I received quotes from. I feel confident I got the best value for my money.

Christian’s team was quick yet thorough and very quiet compared to what friends had told us to expect. He gave us a summary of the work before starting and provided updates throughout the process. Highly recommend this team and Kohmar as a whole.

Wow! What a professional experience from start to finish! Damion did an excellent job with the initial "Free Estimate" call - thoroughly explained the service, how it would be carried out, what to expect, and the benefits of duct cleaning. Price was very competitive so we scheduled. Crew showed up on time and I was immediately impressed with the maturity and professionalism with which all three interacted with me. I can't say enough good things about Emmanuel, Matt, and Thomas and the way in which they conducted themselves and carried out their job while inside our home. They did EXACTLY what I had expected from the estimate and did it with a great, friendly attitude. My wife and I immediately noticed a difference in air quality as they finished up. Kudos to Kohmar! Steven, Jason and team did a great job conducting a thorough cleaning of our AC units, blowers, air ducts, returns, supply dryer vent and installing an iwave system. We even had our dryer vent moved since it was blowing on our outside condenser unit. They were very professional, left things clean after completing the work, and always kept us informed of every step of the process and their progress. None of this would have been possible without Damien who came out and did a walk through to give us a true estimate of what it would cost and recommendations. 3 other companies we contacted gave us a price just based on the amount of vents we had not know the types of systems or anything. Great company. I called for an emergency. A kitten had climbed into our HVAC lines. The owners came out within an hour, and worked quicky to free the kitten. They patched everything up good as new quickly as well. I highly recommend this professional group of individuals!

This is the first review I have ever written but I had to take the time to compliment and recommend this amazingly run family business!! From Jason and his team on location to his wonderful mother behind the scenes making sure they can get to you as fast as possible! I cannot say enough about this company! Jason and his very polite and courteous team came in and did an amazing job cleaning the ducts.......and then came out again a few weeks later to help me clean up damage caused by another contractor after they failed to cover the duct work while sanding drywall. They did not have to do this because their job was done and done well.....but they did because they care about their customers! I cannot think of another customer service experience I have had that was so pleasant and impressive. I cannot recommend this family and their business enough. Amazing work ethic and genuine caring attitude. Thank you so much Kohmar family!!!

I am a repeat customer with Kohmar, the first time right after I bought my house and now 5 years later. I was so pleased the first time that I knew I didn’t need to shop around. The business has grown since my first service but their quality and service are still top notch. The team that arrived were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was aware of their process, repeatedly checking to see if I had questions. These guys do a really thorough job. The quality is outstanding and their customer experience hits all the marks.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience of working with the team at Kohmar. I chose to work with them after a Google search and seeing their great ratings from the many positive reviews online.
I had the pleasure to have Steven first meet with me for a walkthrough to see our system and to quote a price for vent cleaning. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped educate me on their process but went even further to help diagnose and repair an AC issue we were having. Steven was a tremendous help and there for us every step of the way.
Everything is now running great especially after the cleaning as that was well overdue.
I could not be happier about my experience with Steven and the HVAC cleaning team of Dalten and William. The owners at Kohmar should be very proud of the people they have representing their company.

Kohmar cleaned our clothes dryer vent and duct. The techs were responsive to my questions at the time of the cleaning as well as the customer service individual I spoke with on the phone prior to the cleaning. The service was performed in a professional and thorough manner.
