I utilized KOHMAR in 2021. They really made a positive experience and a good impression. They do a thorough job, service with a smile, good value, and even today 2023 I feel the same. I recommend this company for your dryer vent cleaning.

Emmanuel and Zach from Kohmar cleaned our air ducts and both were very professional and friendly. We can already tell a difference and feel better that we're breathing cleaner air. They were right on time and our crazy barking dog didn't phase them at all. We will definitely use their services again!!

We had our dryer vent cleaned. They were prompt (in fact a few minutes early). They were quick and very professional and we plan to use their services every year.

Absolute scammers with their late fees. Their terms of service indicate a 10% late fee will be added if payment is not made within 30 days. Fair and understandable, however what their terms of service FAILS to include is they continue to add 10% fees for each month after payment is missed with NO reminders. Conveniently their system sent me 3 reminders before my appointment, but only 1 reminder 100 days (and 3 added late fees later) after. Absolute ripoff and will never use this company again.

Edit: Since I am unable to respond to the owner, adding my follow-up comment here. The untruthfulness to this comment "We did reach out to you multiple times regarding your outstanding invoice by sending out email reminders as well as text message reminders and follow up phone calls" is the EXACT source of my frustration and is the very reason why I left this comment in the first place.

Kohmar provided us with truly best in class HVAC service. A family member had been suffering from allergen issues. The staff at Kohmar identified and resolved multiple HVAC issues that were causative factors in the problems we had. They were fast, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving our problem and cleaning our system. We can not recommend them enough! Thank you for the peace of mind knowing we have a clean and reliable system!

Reached out to this company for duct cleaning and they definitely delivered. Christian was very informative and answered any questions that came up while they were doing the service. All the guys, Christian, Ashan, and Buzz were very professional and pleasant! Not to mention very reasonable pricing for their services.

Efficient and streamlined process with Kohmar. The guys showed up on time and explained to me what would happen throughout the day. I work from home and didn’t feel like the process was invasive to my day. They also fixed a couple of my vent grates while here, so very appreciative of that. Highly recommend.

Owner came out to do the estimate; he was on time, very thorough, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. The crew was fantastic, they arrived right on time, they were extremely meticulous, polite and professional. A fantastic experience from start to finish for something that really isn't all that fun to spend money on.
