    We had contacted Hendrix to repair our AC unit because it was installed wrong from a different company. They took a difficult repair and made it seem easy! They were in and out in a half day and very professional. The system works as it should and we are very happy with their service!

    Joe and Anthony were great. I had them come out to give me an estimate and Joe had it to me within a couple of hours. Their estimate portal is extremely user friendly and had options for you to choose from. We have a 1958 brick ranch in Norfolk that had to have all ductwork and AC unit replaced. We chose a combo heating and air gas pack. We also had two bath fans installed and our nest thermostat as well. Even added some vents in our house and bathrooms and had another one moved. We trusted them to be in our home alone with our miniature dachshund. Anthony worked overtime to ensure our home was cooled before the hot weather came in. I trusted him in and out of my house while I was gone. Which is important for all homeowners especially with a pet and a new home. Price was great after having 3 other estimates from larger companies in the area. Friendly, courteous, on time and made me feel extremely comfortable! Support your small business and thank you Joe and Anthony for your hard work!

    Summarization of two service calls.

    Contacted Hendrix and been completely satisfied ever since. The initial call was due to HVAC not blowing out cool air. Hendrix customer care contact Heather taken my call and assisted me by scheduling a service call on my tight schedule. I cannot thank her enough for working with me. She connected me with Robert who assisted with our service. Just an awesome guy. Robert diagnosed an end of life AC unit. Leaking evaporative coil beyond repair with about 20+ yrs in service for the AC and furnace. We were able to recharge the AC unit but he explained we will definitely need a replacement because the recharge may not last us the summer.
    Robert was right. We were down again in two weeks.
    He offered three proposals which I thought was awesome. Most HVAC companies provide one estimate.
    Finishing up, we made the second service call today, accepted a proposal to replace the HVAC. I’m glad we chose Hendrix and their team. Hard to find dedicated service and commitment, but you will find it with Hendrix. I trust and highly recommend Hendrix.

    Hendrix was recommended by a coworker.. After going back and forth with my home warranty company I ended up calling Hendrix and they delivered.. Everything that my coworker said about the company was spot on.. from now on I won't call anyone else..

    I am not one to leave reviews...but this time has to be different...I just moved to this area and after a month in the new house...Yes...the A/C unit went 😳 out at 7:45 in the evening...I called several HVAC repair facilities and got answering services...I called Joe and he said if I like...he could come right now...the inside temp in my house had reached 84 deg
    Joe arrived and diagnosed my issue...within 12 min he found the issue and corrected it...A/C was flowing πŸ‘Œ wonderfully...Not only would I recommend him...I am also buying into his service plan and trust me...no one else will be touching my unit...much praise for this young man...if you have an issue...don't hesitate...call HENDRIX β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†

    My Ac system went out in the middle of the night last Friday, It was going to be hot the next several days & I have pets that stay in the home while at work. I called the original company that installed my AC system 4 years ago " unfortunately Ive had a few problems with this system since install" They said they couldnt come til Monday afternoon. I set up an appointment but decided to call around to see if anyone could come sooner. Luckily Hendrix was the first one I called....they said they could come the same day but would possibly be later after hours. I got a call at 4pm letting me know they were on there way. I had basically diagnosed the issue but didnt have the time or the part to repair myself. I had sent a photo of my system to the owner so when they showed up they had the parts & repaired it quickly. My Ac was back up & running in around 30 minutes. I imediately called the other company & cancelled my appointment. I will use these guys "Hendrix" from now on & highly recommend. Very friendly, responsive & quick to the job. Thanks Again.

    I had a hvac issues after hours and called around to a few spots. Hendrix was the quickest to reply and let me know they’d call me tomorrow. The owner, Joe called me first thing in the morning and replaced my ac fan in under an hour. He even checked my refrigerant levels.

    Called on Sunday and dispatcher said no appointments for the day but someone would contact me first thing Monday morning. And they did, 8:15. I was informed my technician, Robert, would arrive 2 hours early due to a cancelation. He was in and out in 20 minutes. I was informed my thermostat needed to be reset and a stuck damper. A/C is up and running!

    Your technician was very professional, knew exactly what was wrong with my system. Told me what it would cost to get it up and running. Very pleased with work of Robert.
    Heather back at the office did all she could to solve my problem with the warranty on my system. All in all everyone did an outstanding job for me.
