Our air conditioner is broken. In the morning we called this company and in the afternoon the master came to us. That was great. Usually the master arrives in a couple of days, or even weeks. In half an hour of work, he accurately determined the cause of the breakdown and offered options. Unfortunately, our air conditioner broke completely. We decided to buy a new one. The next day at 9 am the team was already in place. They did everything not to damage our floors and our furniture! Everything was done accurately, neatly and quickly! They know what they're doing! We haven't had a single problem with this company. We recommend everyone to use the services of this company!

I've been using Maximum Air Heating and Cooling as my service provider for many years on my primary home and rental unit. The technicians are always on time, courteous, know what they are doing and will give an honest assessment of the work required. They installed my high efficiency furnace and have performed numerous repairs on my air conditioner. They didn't hesitate to correct some minor ducting issues created by the vendor that installed my zone dampers and duct work. Prices are always reasonable and I will use Max when it's time to replace the air conditioner unit. Fair pricing, honest assessment and professional work, every time.

After Max examined my aging AC unit and determined it needed replacing, he researched and presented different options, then developed a plan to keep my unit working until a replacement could be located and delivered. When I needed a second opinion on an AC issue at a rental property, Max quickly responded and took the time to think through the issue and explore possible causes of the problem before suggesting a solution. I really value his insights and experience, and willingness to think through solutions. Great customer service!

Maximum Air is a great choice for your HVAC needs. Our AC stopped cooling yesterday and they were able to get a tech out this morning to replace a blown capacitor (that he had in stock, on the truck) as well as top off refrigerant in under 45minutes. The tech was wonderful in letting me ask questions and observe what he was doing. My 20 year old AC is blowing cool now and I cannot recommend Maximum Air enough! Thank you!

Don't waste any time calling any other company for the purchase, installation, and maintenance of an HVAC system! Max and his team (Wayne came to our rescue along with Max in summer '21) are COMPETENT and CONGENIAL. Max and his team have acute trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills allowing them to be accurate and efficient (he saved us over $2K!). Max and his team answer calls and return calls promptly. They are very responsive and responsible. Max took time to listen to how my 89 yr young mother had been taken advantage of by another, bigger HVAC company. Max even offered to directly address the horrible work and dismissive treatment received from the other company who had fleeced my mother. Maximum is the best HVAC company I've come across. They're installed a new HVAC in my first house and they just did my second house. Everyone I've referred them to has used them as well. The owner Max is a cool guy and professional, wants to go our of his way for you. One of the installers today, Wayne, was awesome as well as the other 2 guys. If you don't use Maximum then you're making a mistake!

This is the second time we've used Maximum Air. The first time Max came out for a routine fix (recharging refrigerant). The second time he came out and long story short, saved us over $1000. Max is extremely helpful and personable and will talk through all your options. Every other company I've had out instantly tries to sell me on new equipment or expensive parts, but Max is willing to work with you and is a wealth of knowledge.

Despite a big job for one of his many commercial clients, he still got my A/C back on in less than 12 hours. Called and spoke to him at 7 am, texted back and forth at lunch, and my unit repaired by 5 pm. There are many reasons why Maximum Air has been steadily growing each year but the top reason is because every customer is treated like his best customer and he ensures the best quality and service every time. Max is great and takes pride in the work he does. He explained everything he was doing and gave recommendations without being pushy.
He respected my home, he wore shoe covers even when I told him that he didn't have to.
He goes the extra mile. He was even friendly to my dogs even when they were barking their heads off at him.
The prices are reasonable and I feel the quality of work done exceeds expectations.
The receptionist who schedules is also very polite which is a plus.
Max has gained a loyal customer.

It was a cold night without heat last night, but tonight will be much different thanks to Max and his team. I pulled up Google this morning and Maximum Air showed up with 4.9 stars. I ended my search there and went straight to the website which was well built to explain all their offerings as well as education on heating and cooling systems. I called and was promptly answered by Max who heard my issue and explained the diagnostic cost. He was out shortly after. We just had some frigid temps the last two nights so I know Maximum Air has been busy, but that work load didn’t show. He was motivated to get to my home back to a comfortable temperature. It is evident he is a professional as he quickly diagnosed and explained the issue, and educated me on how my system works. My home is only two years old but I wish I had Max and team install the system. I am confident that when it comes time for additional services, maintenance, and replacement of my current system I will be calling Max and team.
