Max and Mr. Moe installed a brand new HVAV system earlier today and my husband and I are beyond satisfied with the service and the price. They were both professional and personable. They did not waste any time and were very accommodating. Being both military, we move around but we will definitely be using their company for any heating or cooling issues for as long as we're in Virginia! HIGHLY recommended!!!

Max is terrific. We have relied on him to install and replace air ducts, and to maintain the HVAC system overall. He is quick, very professional, and very thorough. He goes out of his way to help. Highly reliable, and wonderful service!

We've used max now for a few years. They are FANTASTIC! They replaced our new hvac unit for less then quoted. And for me being active duty military is a big plus. They ALWAYS answer the phone and are on time. When we replaced our hvac system I thought it would be a very unpleasant experience. But honestly max and his crew made it quite delightful. They have no problem answering questions or even showing you what is going on. I would recommend them to anyone. And I NEVER right reviews. But I believe Max deserves this. Thanks!

Max is awesome. Installed a new HVAC system in our house last year. Heating bill was cut about 1/3 the original cost. The system works great. They seem to take pride in their work, and do the job right. We've also used him on smaller jobs, and he always stopped to take time and explain the problem, and the possible solutions.

Multiple times Max has quickly gotten our AC up and running, even when we've contacted him after hours. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and has come to our house just to give us free advice on how to care for our unit. I highly recommend him!

I called Maximum Air one morning when my furnace went out mid February and we woke up to a very cold house. It's a 20+ year old furnace, I've issues with it repeatedly, and have had multiple companies work on it. Max came out and throughly impressed me with his knowledge and troubleshooting ability. I've had techs come out before, spend 5 minutes, and recommend a pricey fix that half the time didn't resolve the problem. I've also had them come out, spend 2 hours, and tell me they can't fix it. Max worked diligently and identified several issues that compounded to cause the problem. He communicated very well that those were, and had them resolved in short order, without needing to replace any major ($$) components. With the temperature in the next few days expected to be in the teens, he's a real life saver! Next time I have an issue, or when my furnace finally gives up the ghost and I need a new one, I'll definitely be calling him and his team and Maximum Air.

We've patronized Maximum Air for several years largely because we're confident any HVAC issue that arises will be resolved The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy and they've offered insight and suggestions to us that has our HVAC system operating optimally. When it comes to maintaining our indoor climate system, we're loyal to Maximum Air because of the professional services rendered.

Just to say: When I first spoke to Max he was very cordial and polite. Since I am not in VA I looked at this as a plus. I thought by reading all of the reviews on google and speaking with him, that I had got the right company for my ac unit. Well needless to say, when it came around for my appointment time they arrived about 10 or 15 mins late which really wasn't bad but they never called to say they were going to be late. Matter of fact, I and my renters had to call them several times before they decided to answer their service call from us. Professionally, that doesn't look good on their part and neither did it look good on my part.
Now when they arrived, they inspected the unit and they told us that they were going to charge $90.00 for the inspection, $225.00 for the cleaning of the coil, and if it needed a charge it would have been extra for that service as well. Since my husband works on ac units but we are not there (mentioned earlier) my husband knew that those prices were clearly out of the ordinary.
He spoke with them and because they did make a trip out we were charged the entire $90.00. There was no service done on the unit and he told us that the furnace door was off and he placed it back on. My husband said he didn't believe that to be true either because if that door was off the unit would not have ran. I don't know if he threw us a price or if normally that's what their prices are.

I have used Maximum Air several times; they have always provided me with excellent, prompt, courteous service at a reasonable price. Recently I needed to convert a rental property's oil heating system to electric heat. I called Maximum Air on Saturday, we met at the property Monday, they completed the job Tuesday. If you need HVAC work- call Maximum Air- you will not be disappointed- they are truly awesome!
