Knowing who to trust to service your air conditioning unit(s) and heating system is tight. Cecil and Christina Carpenter, Owners of Precision Heating and Air, are the right people and company to call. We have had their service for 6 years. In fact, they have also serviced our rental house in Hampton for 6 years.

We have had issues with both of the homes, and Cecil and/or crew showed the same day and/or the next to take care of the issue and us. Their office staff are very courteous and will assist with booking a date to consider your schedule and time for your inspection or services needed…they will accommodate you.

Our heat exchanger cracked on our Lennox system when our unit was only 9 years into a 20 year warranty. Other companies said it may take up to 4 months to get the part. They even suggested we replace the system. We had replaced the motherboard and induction fan 3 weeks prior to the heat exchanger going bad with another company. Cecil at Precision said we should replace the heat exchanger since it was under warranty and not have the expense of a new system yet. He was honest and upfront about everything and his labor price was better than any other company around. I highly recommend this company! From the owner down to the employees, you get treated right! Very happy with Precision Heating & Air. Cecil Carpenter came out to do a check on my A/C system before I turned it on this year. Scheduling was easy, and speedy - I called on Friday and got an appointment for Monday. Cecil checked everything over, cleaned the outside unit, and answered all of my (many) questions. Everything looked good, so he let me know about some maintenance items that need to be done at some point, but he didn't pressure me on them. I ended up with a cleaned and checked-out system for a *very* reasonable price. They're now my go-to company for heating and cooling. :)

Precision Heating & Air is amazing company to work with. The owner Cecil is very professional and quickly to get back with you when you are having a problem with your AC Unit. The employee who comes to do the work is also very professional and will explain what's wrong with your Unit. I have their maintenance plan and been using their service for over 4 years and haven't had any problem with their service. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that I know. They are a company you can TRUST.

Year number 3 of using Precision Heating and Air to service and maintenance our AC unit and they are still GREAT!!! Through all of our interactions they have never missed an appointment, have always been professional and from their office staff (Christina) to their technician (Mark) they are very knowledgeable. Cecil at Precision Heating and Air has worked on both of my HVAC units for our home in Va Beach. They are a rare commodity in this business -- professional and honest. I have used several other heating and cooling companies previously and I now request Precision through my home warranty company every time. This is the first review of a company I've written, but they have impressed me enough to take the time to do this.

I had a horrible time getting my AC fixed from a different company (over a month). Precision got my AC working in a couple of days (the couple of days was because of ordering parts and holiday). Mark and Cecil came to my house and was professional, answered my questions and didn’t rush. Christina (back at the office) would text me everyday giving me a updated status on the parts. I can’t express how thankful I am for how this team took care of my issue. Great company!

We had our ac go out a week ago and our warranty system took forever to find a contactor. I called them and they sent someone the same day. Half an hour later he fixed the system. The repairman was polite and professional.
