My second time using Dan’s heating and air was even better than last. Not only did they repair my AC but they also showed me a few things to do in order to diagnose the problem myself which most companies would not do in fear that they would lose business. They are family owned and operated and that’s value you can’t find anymore. The office Manger Keisha is very professional and polite. Even after my 100 phone calls and calling her on lunch breaks, I’m sure I drove her crazy lol, she was still very polite to me and always returned my calls. After calling her just one time she had someone scheduled to come to my home just hours later!! I appreciate the fast service and I will recommend you to anyone seeking ac repair!! Thank you again for the wonderful service!!!
FYI.... Please remember that no matter what repair you are looking for the repair men or woman that are coming to your home still have to be paid for their time, gas, travel, etc....this is a business and this is their livelihood. They can not work for free.... god bless

After three years of dealing with a local A/C guy telling me there's something wrong with my system and asking how much will it cost to fix it (since he says the warranty is out) he gives me a quote of 2 grand. My other system as he says is nothing wrong when in fact it had a bad board and running up my electric bill. Finally calling Dan to service both without any details of the other guy, he tells me what's wrong and by the way the parts are free since the system still has three years of warranty left on it. Dan I want to say thank you and continue your good works God sees you and so does the community. Be blessed.

Been a customer of Dan A/C and heating for over 10+ years. They have always been able to resolve my HVAC issues in a timely and cost effective manner. I will continue to use them for my AC and Heating repair issues. Highly recommend!!!

Young man that came was knowledgeable, organized and thorough. He never got tired of my questions and explained everything real well.

In past service has been very good. However, recently when emergency switch was accidently turned off while cleaning garage I received a bill for $75.00 just to flip the switch. Will try another contractor next time.

excellent service and very friendly staff, technician fixed the concern in a timely manner and price was very fair for the job that was completed. repair order stated every steps that were taken, high recommend and will use again if any issues come up.

May 30th - Replaced capacitor ($95)
June 21st - Replaced motor ($425)
July - Troubleshot noise complaint -> no noise found ($75)
-More issues with the house not cooling. Called another two companies for evaluation.
-Motor was installed improperly and air was blowing in reverse. Fan was damaged when they did work and needed to be replaced because they banged it off instead of using a rust removal agent.

Dan's heat and air is the absolute best in the business and we appreciate them very much!
