We switched from another HVAC company for our bi-annual maintenance of our two systems a year ago to Precision Heating & Air. The customer service, professionalism and the work they perform are beyond any service company I have dealt with in a very long time. From Christina who schedules our appointments to Cecil who services the system, you won’t find a better company to work with. They are honest and Cecil takes the time to explain things about our systems to keep them running strong. Thank you Precision! Precision Heating & Air have been the most honest, reputable and caring HVAC company that I have used. The owners Christina & Cecil Carpenter have bent over backwards when I have had hvac emergencies and I can not thank them anymore! Their prices are fair and you will definitely be glad you called them

My home warranty co sent Precision out to my home due to an AC issue. I ended up having to pay for the repairs as the warranty co said it wasn't covered. I CANNOT express enough how AWESOME this co is! I love the fact that it's a family owned co and the owners actually CARE about their customers, their employees and the work they do. The owner, Cecil, actually came out to talk to me about the work. Every employee I met was friendly, helpful and seemed to love their job and the co they worked for. This is the 3rd HVAC co we've had come out for multiple issues since we bought our house last year and this is the one we will definitely be calling in the future (and requesting if we have another home warranty claim for HVAC). I can't say enough good about them and their work. THIS is the co you should go with for all HVAC issues!!!

A huge shout out to Cecil and his crew for our new heating/A/C unit! we absolutely love it and our home is nice and cool! We were so impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. To begin with, he provided us with 4, yes 4 estimates, so we could choose what worked best for us. We chose the unit, and install was to be 5 days away. Cecil quickly and professionally responded to our many questions, including a last minute plea to put the new unit in a different spot from the old. They showed up on time, were very friendly and worked hard to get it all done in one day, even staying late to make sure we were up and running! Thank you so very much!

Came out and stated I had a loose wire,( not sure about that)Fixed and fan running in a few minutes. That same day A/C wasn't working and finally fan on unit stopped again. Homewarreny assigned same company and scheduled appointment whith Presision heating and air they refused( thankfully) .They were unprofessional on the phone and ignored calls. Been without AC for 12 days, relying on this company was a huge disappointment and waste of time. Would not recommend!!!!

They are reliable, honest & very reasonable prices. Can't tell you how impressed I have been with this company I would recommend them to anyone looking for hvac work
