Early one morning I found a leak in the connection to my water heater (which is in the attic) so I needed it fixed ASAP. After calling Bud's they gave me a service window the next morning starting at 8am. The technician actually contacted me at 7:50 saying he could be there in 10 minutes. He quickly examined and diagnosed the leak, made a quick trip to get the required parts, then it was fixed, less than two hours start to finish. Great service. Very professional. Will use again.

Buds did an amazing job installing the whole house water filtration system and new gas line for stove/grill. They are prompt, expert and very professional. Highly recommended

Just wanted to give a shout out on here! Had a small leak off one of the water main, called Buds on Friday and had an appt for Monday. I called Bud's to take care of 2 plumbing issues. When I made the appointment I asked if they could send Chris M. back since he had helped me about 2 weeks ago with another plumbing problem. I was very pleased Bud's scheduled Chris for the service call. He is very professional, knowledgeable and has very positive attitude about his work. I had just purchased a new LG refrigerator & I had concerns with the current water line matching up properly with the new unit. I also had a dripping faucet with my kitchen sink. He is excellent at getting to the root of the problem, making recommendations for the repair, explaining what has gone wrong and how he could fix it to my satisfaction. I will ask for Chris again whenever I have any plumbing needs for my home. He is an excellent technician of Bud's Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.

Bud's is my one-stop shop. My rental property was neglected and damaged by renters. Bud's took care of the heating, and the plumbing needs to get the property ready again. Getting our needed services on their schedule was seamless. Customer service representatives were very professional and helpful, and they made me feel valued. The technicians were very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I will definitely use their services for lifetime.

I have been using Bud's for around 14 years now. They are always professional no matter what tech comes to your house. They trouble shoot issues ahead of time and let you know within the next few visits if replacement issues will arise.

As a person who works the night shift, the technician(Jack) was professional, polite, quiet, and efficient. I even dozed off a few times, and my dogs barely noticed him in the house. Now the AC system is working at an optimal level. Thanks Bud, Thanks Jack!!!

Have called Bud's for checkups under their maintenance plan and for some household repairs. Saved money this time on this AC repair due again to having the maintenance plan. Everyone at Bud's does a good job. Repair Tech kept me informed as to the nature of the repair and the progress he was making. Very happy with Bud's.

I received notice from my home insurer that I needed to replace my breaker box due to age. I checked for reputable contractors, who have an established track record on the peninsula and saw Bud's at the top. After reviewing the reviews and esp. length of time in business, I decided to try them out for the service. I must say that the company staff was very professional and pleasant. When the contractor visited to provide a quote, he and his assistant were equally professional and clear in providing feedback. The quote amount was within the amount I found on-line with Bob Vila's site, as well as others. When the contractor returned to complete the job, he arrived on-time, got right to work, and charged me exactly the amount in the original quote! The contractor conducted himself as a professional and a gentleman, and completed the service within the time frame he stated (I was able to return to work afterwards). I will definitely consider Bud's for my HVAC needs in the near future!

Bud’s is definitely my go to for my HVAC problems. I have been using them for a little over 18 years. The service technician, Jake, who recently took care of my problem was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
