Don't bother to call if you have an emergency. If they are too busy the call center may put you in the que with promises to at least have a technician call back, however, they won't. They didn't even call back to say they don't have a tech available to call or come by. The call center just takes messages. You may never know if a tech even got the message to call. That's just sad business.

Had a GFCI that went bad on my back patio. While I could replace the outlet myself, I wanted to ensure that there wasn’t a major issue since the outlet was buzzing loudly and smelled burnt. I contacted Bud’s through Yelp and had a response within 30 min. The technicians were out at my house with the next 30 min. They tested the wiring and completed the repair very quickly. Very professional team and reasonable price which was less than the original phone estimate. I would definitely recommend Bud’s.
Made an appointment that I had to wait 2 weeks for they came and assessed my situation and ultimately said it will be another two weeks before they can start on it. I called another company and they came out within 2 hours and had the plumbing issue resolved within 1 hour for half the quoted price.
The technician stated (not my words his) "they were trying to milk the situation." The technician that responded for Bud's was nice on time and respectful, but who wants to wait a month to have an issue resolved.
Ryan came out and he and his partner were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. They were courteous, polite, and answered all of my questions. As a realtor, it is nice to have a great company to call on to help my clients get good, professional help when they need it! Bravo, Bud's!
