A/C Masters

From the time I called to actually paying for the service rendered..they were pretty nice, patient and professional. I called for same-day service for my AC and the person that took my phone call (forgot her name) was pleasant to talk to and was very helpful. Hours after, James (technician) got to the house and we discussed the problem. He was very patient in explaining the issue that I might have on my AC unit and other possibilities. Then he showed me what he was checking for and how to fix the problem. Very good people from start to finish.

Chris and his partner did a great job. By the before and after pics they showed us, it appears my ducts weren’t changed years before I bought this house. Not once did they complain. Professional the whole time. I will continue to use A/C Masters for anything regarding HVAC related.

They were able to come out the same day and came right at their promised time. Very communicative and took care of the issue. Honest and didn't charge for more than what was needed. Great service overall.

A/C Masters are certainly masters of HVAC, but they are also masters of customer service. Every interaction I have ever had with them, from initial contact to scheduling, diagnostics, sales (if you could even call it that - no pressure at all), installation, and billing has been an amazingly stellar experience. They patiently answered all my questions, concerns, and inquiries with professionalism, grace, candidness, and friendliness. I truly wish all businesses operated this way.

Once again A/C Masters came to our rescue! Even though our unit is no longer manufactured, instead of trying to sell us a new HVAC system, Allen replaced the failed condenser fan motor with one better than original. Can’t say enough good things about A/C Masters. If you need a repair or an entire new system their techs will not steer you wrong. They are in business to keep their customers coming back for their professional work, not to sell you something you may not need and then disappear. We are so glad we found A/C Masters and so are a number of our friends!
