Joe the owner of Hendrix Heating & Air arrived on time, was professional and friendly. He completed my HVAC maintenance inside and outside in a timely manner. He was thorough in his inspection of my air handler and heat pump. He made sure my air handler was safe for operation and working properly. He explained what I needed for efficiency and replaced the necessary part to protect my heat pump. He answered all questions I had and called back with additional information regarding upgrading my thermostat. I could not have asked for a better service professional. Would highly recommend calling Hendrix for your needs. I woke up to a cold home when my heat went out on a freezing night, I called that morning and they were to my house by 1pm fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes for an insanely reasonable price. Very polite and helpful!

They came and checked things out and ordered the parts for the repair. They were very prompt for the initial diagnosis and when they returned with the needed parts. Will use them again and have suggested Hendrix to several friends already. Nice to find a company willing to do whats needed and not give you the run-around. Felt their prices were well in line.

Our heat went out. These guys answered their own phone, on a Sunday, were here within a couple of hours, fixed it, and on their way. Highly recommend!

I had maintenance work done by RS Andrews who told me my system had mold, showed me some pictures and wanted to install a uv light and humidifier for $5000 and than tried to sell me a new system because according to them my system was shot and could go any minute. The system is up in the attic so I am not able to get up there due to some physical/medical restraints. I called Hendrix to get a second opinion and he confirmed that RS Andrews was incorrect and showed me a video of my system, which is only 10 years old, brand new home, not any of the pictures that was shown to me by RS Andrews. And they had to put the panel back on my unit which RS Andrews took off and left . Saved me a ton of money just being honest. Glad that there are still some Vendors that are willing to stand by their reputation of being honest and fair. I will be using them in the future and letting others know also. Thanks again for being honest and trustworthy.
