Great experience. Repair person showed up and diagnosed/fixed the issue very quickly. Price was reasonable as well.

My outside A/C unit kept cutting off, so I called Hendrix to check on the unit because they did such a wonderful job installing my hot water heater last summer. They came out the very next day and found that the P-trap was not insulated. It caused condensation to drip in the pan which motioned the sensor to shut off when it was full. The contractor (Through my home warranty) who previously installed the unit did a poor job. Home warranties are definitely a joke and a complete waste of money. Anyway..he insulated the p-trap and cleared the pipe of any clogs. Problem solved. Thank you again for excellent service. I will not be using any other company when it comes to A/C or heating needs!

They are awesome! They came to my house within a couples of hours after I called them. Also, they communicate before, during and after the technician came, making sure that I the issues were taking care of.

I previously had Hendrix Heating and Air resolve a problem where my AC system was not working. The technician, Robert, was prompt and professional. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem and got the system back online. Since then, we have had a contract with Hendrix for maintenance. It is nice to have a local contractor I can trust.

Joe and the business staff were extremely professional and responsive. He gave me several options to repair my system and explained each. He also was very fast to answer questions I had after the repair was complete. I would definitely recommend this business and plan to use them in the future.

Our downstairs heat pump kept tripping the breaker. We called Hendrix Heating & Air and are we glad we did. Joe Hendrix, CEO, was our technician. He found our issue was a loose wire in the breaker box. He fixed it and checked our system. Our invoice was zero! He would not even accept the $69 for diagnostics. Joe Hendrix is no ordinary Joe! We highly recommend Hendrix Heating & Air.

Our furnace stopped working suddenly, I googled the top HVAC in my area. Hendrix came up, I read the reviews then called. They were at our home in less than two hours after my call. Thank goodness it was an easy fix for them. I would call Hendrix again and refer my friends and family.

I called Hedrick Heating and Air after hours because my heating system would not turn on, and Joe was at my house within 45 minutes. Joe was so professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on my HVAC issues, and also made some recommendations. I wasn’t happy to hear that within a couple of years I’ll have to replace my HVAC, because deep down inside I knew I really had to. It’s so old! Anyways, when I do, I’ll definitely be calling Hendrix Heating and Air for my HVAC installation. You did it Joe! Thanks again for getting my heat up and running, and for the excellent service!
