    Professional company, quick service, and friendly! Our AC unit on our 3rd floor was not cooling properly. We called Hendrix Heating & Air and they had someone out the next day to find the issue and give us a quote. Stephanie, the nice admin assistant called us the very next day to schedule time/date for repair services. The company was on time, in fact early! And the job was done in about 30 mins! Now our son’s room is cooling properly! I highly recommend this company!!

    My home was built in 1951, and I purchased it in 2009. I’m pretty sure the oil boiler was original to the house. After many years of having issues with the boiler, we contacted a COMPETITOR to come look at it when the most recent issues arose. After being rescheduled multiple times, a tech came out and found the issue, and told us we had no choice but to replace the boiler, as it was not repairable. The tech advised he did not do estimates, the owner does, and the owner would contact us within a day or two with an estimate. Fast forward a week, we still had no estimate, so my husband called, and he was told the owner was still working on it. Fast forward another week, and still no word. This whole time we had no hot water in our house. So after telling a friend my issues, she recommended Hendrix Heating & Air. I had an estimate the same day I contacted them, and they were ready to come out within a couple of days to replace our boiler with a new electric hot water heater. The ladies in the office are extremely nice and friendly! I am thrilled with their work and reasonable prices, and the techs also paid attention to details, like cleaning up the sooty area the boiler was in instead of just working over top of it. Their price was very reasonable also. I recommend Hendrix Hearing & Air to anybody needing HVAC assistance! Thanks Joe and crew!!

    Was able to get next day appointment. Not only were they on time, but came early (they asked first). Extremely clean cut, responsible and went above and beyond to make sure I had working heat. Did not try to upcharge. WILL use again.

    Joe and his team responded quickly when I had an issue with my AC system. It was easy to schedule a next day appointment online after working hours. I received a phone call the next morning from his staff confirming the appointment. I was updated regularly when the Technician was enroute to my house and a phone call when he was minutes away. Highly recommend Joe and his team.

    Robert came out and gave me options and pricing on a few different mini split systems. He was very knowledgeable and I ultimately went with his recommendation. On the day of install, there was an issue the system. Robert called the manufacturer and ultimately was able to get a new replacement system. He was able to get it installed within a few days. Joe also called me to apologize for the issue and assured me that they are taking care of it even if the manufacturer would not agree. I would highly recommend Hendrix! They are top notch and stand behind their customers!! They really care about giving their customers great products and services!! It’s hard to find companies like this anymore! I will be calling them for any of my HVAC needs!

    ****REMARKABLE SERVICE**** and "hard to find" integrity for an organization that works in a sector that many don't know much about or are NOT certified to even touch.

    I am a certified AC&R tech; however, I do not have all the time in the world to address problems in my own home, let alone electrical issues. So for the sake of the comfortability of the family and time, I outsource. I deal with maritime refrigeration not residential so I can diagnose problems but I don't always have the time to go out and buy the stuff and repair it.

    My wife told me she called Hendrix and gave them what my diagnosis was. Mind you it was the weekend, and according to Hendrix they were prepared to come out for an emergency call (at emergency rates I believe) but seeing it's been cool lately I said have them come out another day instead. So they did. The owner showed up and got right to work, I told him what I did and what I found and he got right on it. Replaced a disconnect breaker for me (I could've done it myself, I know this but I don't like messing with electricity if I don't have to). He got the job done in about 45 minutes and the charged amount was very reasonable for the work. I probably could have saved money if I did it myself but I like I said I work maritime and not residential so there's a slight difference in stuff.

    Needless to say, I would call Hendrix again. The response time is excellent, they keep you posted on everything they do via text and e-mail and the owner is straight forward, he addresses the problems and charges you a rather honest amount.

    It is rather hard finding organizations these days that honestly perform work and take good care of you without causing you to take out a loan to do work. I would call Hendrix even if I was someone on a strict budget because at least you know you're getting good quality for a price that is affordable. I genuinely wish them the best of luck with future business. I hope I never need them again but at the same time, I'm not scared to call if I do and you shouldn't be either.

    Our downstairs HVAC system went down overnight on Friday. We placed a call to Hendrix on Saturday morning and to our surprise, got an almost instant callback from Robert. After a few quick questions, we set up an appointment for first thing on Monday morning (weekend weather was extremely mild so we agreed no that was not an emergency).
    Robert showed up on-time and immediately assessed the issue. He gave us a very reasonable quote on the spot. Within minutes our unit was back up and running.
    Robert was extremely professional, knew his craft and didn't make you feel like you were dealing with a used car salesman.

    5 out of 5 recommend. Friendly representatives on the phone. I called for a problem I was having with my boiler that needed fixing before I left my family for deployment. Had the part I needed ordered and made sure it was his priority to get it fixed and Joe (owner) got it all done quick! This is my 2nd time going through them, and will never use another hvac company! Thanks guys!
