I have know this technician since I brought my house in 2010 and he always gets the job done....one of the best tech 7 cities has.

Even though it took guite some time to complete the job. All personnel were excellent, very professional. Especially the young handling the calls. I was not always the best customer but, she never lost her professionalism she was really great.

Venson was very personable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem (need for freon refill) quickly and wasted no time fixing it. It took about 45 minutes. He also offered recommendation for mitigating problems in the future.

One of the most professional companies we’ve dealt with in our 32 years of marriage. Our air conditioner was not working. After a previous company misdiagnosis of our system, 7 cities came and properly diagnosed the problem on Friday August 26, 2022. They worked diligently with our home warranty company AHS to order parts to repair our unit prior to a busy Labor Day weekend.Great customer service,great value, superb professionalism, and very responsive.This company will always prosper because they exude qualities in today’s society that are becoming extinct. 7 cities are my new go to company regarding any HVAC issues going forward. We had a great experience with this company. All of the employees were very friendly. Their employee diagnosed the problem immediately. We decided to replace the unit on Friday. The owner and an employee installed the unit on Sunday (when they were closed). Great company! A+++

After 5 other HVAC contractors that were not skilled or inept with zoned systems, Vinson quickly and properly assessed the issue. He replaced the zone dampers and quality checked everything and now the system is back to full operation. Am very pleased!
