Enjoyed having Tyler, Jon and Doug here on May 5. Great job in installing a new ac for the upstairs. In addition they’re relocated 3 air supply ducts. They treated my house like the would treat their own. They even let me ask too many questions while they worked and let me watch and make comments while they worked. Looking forward to many years of dependable heating and cooling for both up and down units. Nice to see Bruce come by and check on work in progress. Jack🏌️‍♂️

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bruce as the project manager, along with Doug and Preston as the installation technicians, for a complete AC/furnace replacement in my home. I am delighted to share my exceptional experience and the outstanding service they provided.

Smiley's did an amazing job. Bruce was very professional and knowledgeable. It was because of Bruce that we chose to go with Smiley’s over other companies. From start to finish Bruce made sure we were taken care of. Tyler and Nick were the best technicians. They were on time, very polite, and made sure they kept us informed throughout the installations. Smiley's installed new heat pump, air handler, ducts, and thermostat several years ago. They did a top notch installation, and they have done the semi-annual maintenance since then. We are very pleased with the system and their maintenance of it. On the latest maintenance visit, Pedro did an excellent check of the system, and explained what he was doing and the results of his inspection. All of the technicians we have seen have been pleasant, helpful, and informative.

Hayden was outstanding and top notch. Very thorough and he even crawled under my home to inspect the ductwork. No other HVAC I used prior to signing on with Smiley’s has ever done this before. Smiley’s installed my two Trane units about a year ago and I will never use another HVAC outfit. I can’t recommend Smiley’s enough. You won’t regret it.

We had our AC and Heating replaced several years ago by Smiley's and have been very pleased with them ever since. Recently we decided to have our ventilation ducts replaced. The installation team was on time and very professional. They were respectful, timely, and neat in performing the installation. When the installation was completed a through cleanup was performed and all old parts and debris were removed. I highly recommend Smiley's maintenance warranty agreement. From the office personnel to the maintenance crew, Smiley's heating and cooling provides excellent customer service.

Our gas pack unit, which was 12 years old, died on a Thursday and we called Smiley’s and they sent technician out Friday but was unable to diagnose since unit was iced up. New technician arrived Saturday and determined the unit was not worth repairing and he was able to get a salesman to come out that day and we scheduled a replacement for the following Thursday. The salesman installed a window unit in our bedroom which was greatly appreciated until new unit was installed. Crew arrived on time Thursday and installed unit and new smart thermostat. We had issue with no pad being installed but a crew returned and installed pad. House is now very comfortable. All crew members were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Smiley’s.

Hayden was communicative in advance of arriving and on time. He did a thorough inspection of my two systems and had some great recommendations I will be looking into. He was very professional and courteous. I hope he comes back for the next preventative maintenance.

In January 2023 we had a new heat pump installed by Smileys. We had a number of companies came and provide estimates for the system. Dean, who provided the Smiley estimate, spent more time than any of the other companies thoroughly inspecting what we had and determining what we really needed. The Smiley team that installed the heat pump did a great job. They were courteous, kept the house clean and restored the area where the heat pump is located to the same condition they found it in. We are very pleased with their work.
