We replaced our entire HVAC system down to the ducting, and Smileys delivered above expectations! They listened to our situation and customized a plan for our home. Very respectful of our home, well trained installers, and priced so well we did everything at once. As a home owner and real estate agent, Smileys earns my recommendation!

We have been using Smiley’s for a little over the past year. We have the maintenance plan with them and it’s been a relief for us not having to worry about any issues or inconveniences when it comes to the HVAC system. Hayden was a real professional. He explaining thoroughly what he would be doing, and kept me informed of his progress. He was extremely polite, and I was glad he was assigned to my job.

We've been dealing with this company for years. Terry was the guy who use to handle all of my systems issues from 'general maintenance to any repair needed. I just recently lost my beloved husband and just got a new hvac guy Wesley(Terry's advanced in the company[Congratulations Terry job well done]). Now today is the first day of me dealing with his expertise. He's very polite, through,and professional. Wesley has big shoes to fill because we loved Terry as our hvac maintenance person. So far so good I give him a 5 star for today,Wesley you've done good work. I Highly recommend this company.

Everyone that I have delt with at Smiley's Heating and Cooling has been proficient when it comes to heating and cooling systems. They come in on time fix the problem or do the maintenance and are gone without a mess or a fuss.

The technician did a very professional job and explained what he was checking and also made some recommendations to extend the life of the unit that is 15 years old and of course when this unit goes bad Smiley’s will be the one’s to replace it.I recommended two neighbors on my court and also my daughter to use Smileys so I felt it my turn and am very satisfied.

Jadin is AWESOME!!! Very communicative, friendly, thorough and informed me everything he had done, including photos he took of the work he did. Fantastic! I never really got to see photos like that before. It was nice to see what ya'll actually DO and look for within the HVAC units. Jadin is probably one of the best techs I've had out here this far, but you've ALL been wonderful so don't be jealous. Haha! Thanks, Jadin!!!!

I called Smileys after reading a lot of reviews. We’ve known we needed to replace our system for the last two years, we got quoted by one hour heating and cooling and Hybrid air. Smileys was amazing from the start. I got in contact with Kurtis, the general manager, on a Sunday and asking a lot of general questions and he was so patient and kind and didn’t skip a beat and answered every question I had. We called back a few days later when our unit was finally officially on its way out when we came home from work and it was above 80 in our house. Kurtis got out the next day and did the inspection himself and worked with my budget from the very beginning without trying to sell
Is on anything we didn’t need. The install crew was amazing, they were kind and kept us informed every step of the way and jumped to work as soon as they got here around 830 and left around 4. To say that I’m highly satisfied would be an understatement. You guys are incredible and I’m so happy to have everything we needed at a price we could actually AFFORD. Thank you guys so much again for everything! I look forward to staying with you all for maintenance and alllllll needs in the future and I will ALWAYS recommend Smileys to everyone we know!
