Staff are always professional and arrive within the time scheduled. Joe was great on the most recent visit, explained what he was doing and what we should consider doing in the near future as our 14 year old system is nearing the end of it's useful life. As promised, we received estimates along with finance options the very next day.

Woke up Sunday morning to no heat downstairs. I called another company that said they would come out and ghosted me! Called Smiley's the next morning and they said they could send someone over in the afternoon. It ended up being just a couple hours later, and Terry was very thorough in pinpointing the issue. He explained everything and I approved the repair. Thank you Terry & Smiley's. Save yourself some stress and call Smiley's first.

Joey was very courteous and professional and had a wealth of information to impart to us about the status of our HVAC system. I loved the photos and videos he shared with us of the air handler, which made his summary of what he found there very easy to understand. I highly recommend Joey!

Dayton, James & Josh just completed a 2 day install at our home and I couldn’t be more pleased with them and the company! They were highly professional, very courteous and friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process and cleaned up after themselves. They provided us with heaters to use overnight which was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and had no problems coming and going while they worked. I highly recommend this company over all the others and it was a great experience all around. Out of all the service providers I spoke to, Smiley’s was the best bang for the buck. We had a wrong sized system and a odd roof layout so we still required two new systems, but they helped match what we needed and and the best way forward. I’m more than impressed with their workmanship and how my house my feels compared to before. They helped me with third party financing (without that I’d still be cold).

I hired the company to service my 2 heat pumps, both Trane. Tech informed me my fans were under performing and should be changed. Stated they may still be under warranty and would check and let me know. He did not. My A/C broke and although fan was replaced under warranty, I was charged $500 for a 2 hour install. I fired them after the repair was completed. I do not recommend Smiley's. I am a local professional who takes great pride in providing a value for my services and although I am nobody to dictate pricing to anyone else I choose not to be abused. One time is enough.. Beware

Smiley’s was a pleasure to work with. It’s hard to find a company that is always on time. They are professional and competitively priced. We used them for replacing a broken HVAC unit and replace ductwork. We’ve had the system for a couple years now and use Smiley’s for maintenance and have had nothing but good experiences so far.

Second time using Smiley's for home HCAV repair. Once again they were prompt, professional, competent and friendly. Identified issue with my aging system, suggested and completed a fix, while advising me that the system would likely need replacing within the next 12 to 24 months (which I knew, put was pleased that they didn't try to push that as an immediate necessity). Completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

Kurtis the general manager and Josh the technician blew my mind with their customer service. They were kind, nice, and prompt throughout the process. I was out of an AC for almost a month and had four other companies come out with many excuses. These guys came out and got the job done. I am very grateful that my place now feels wondering. I will be telling all of my friends and using them when I purchase my home.

Filled out service request online a nice lady (sorry can't remember her name) called to confirm service needed and date she said I would get a followup confirmation the day before and they followed through. A technician showed up on time did a complete maintenance of the system and offered some recommendations as the unit is aging. From start to finish the entire process was easy, professional and courteous I will definitely call Smiley's again should anything more serious happen to the unit.
