We called Smileys Heating and Cooling on Superbowl Sunday on 2/3/19 to come out to our home in Virginia Beach. We didn't expect to get fast service being it was Superbowl Sunday. But not only did we get fast service we got a very cheerful and helpful tech, Norm. He gave us an estimate to fix the problem which we approved and he quickly fixed our A/C.
