Tech arrived after appointment window. Not sure if he was overscheduled for the day. However, he was very courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions and showed me lots of pictures of my system.

Terri B. is always punctual & very professional but in a personal kinda way. He certainly knows his job, that's for sure! He takes his time to explain things to me so I understand what he's doing. I trust him & Smiley's completely. They will be our HVAC folks for as long as they are & I am around. Thanks Terri for taking the stress out of furnace repair!

Once again Smiley’s has left a smile on our face. This is our second unit installed in our home. Very courteous and knowledgeable crew. They also installled a new vent and intake on our 1st unit upstairs. The result is a more comfortable room with better airflow. I recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

Technician was very personable and helpful. He took videos and pictures so I wouldn’t have go up in the hot attic. Made recommendations Dario s without being pushy

Very much satisfied with service man DAVE. Very personable young , came in and replaced 2 parts, plus cleaning unit as he went. All done in approx 75 minutes. Again, Very satisfied with service...would recommend to all.

As a property owner I am very impressed with Smileys. The staff is very friendly and efficient. When I called they were there within 2 hours and fixed the Unit. Upon leaving they made sure the area was cleaned. I recommend them to all family and friends.

Smileys really came through for us when our heat went down last week. I saw a truck in VB and when I got home I looked them up on Google and was pleased to learn they were just down the street. Norm did a great job getting our heat back on we are very happy.

Shawn was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and provided a great explanation for things to watch out for, and recommendations for future maintenance for the longevity of both HVAC units.
