I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from Smiley’s. The sales rep gave an accurate description and scope of the work to be done. By the time the installers came I knew exactly what was being replaced. There were no hidden costs or up charges.

The entire Smileys Team was polite professional informative and courteous beginning with Bruce, Jesse who was the team leader of the installation team. The Gentleman who presented me with the paperwork at the end of the job deserves accolades as well. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but not his thoroug explanation of paperwork and how to work the equipment. Job well done. I highly recommend Smileys for their service and prices.

Tech came for six-month check and cleaning. Found issues and was able to obtain parts and repair same day. Very friendly and professional as always!

With no heat during the coldest time of the year, we reached out to several HVAC companies for quotes on a new unit. Upon waiting for other companies quotes to be sent via email, we happened to see a Smiley’s commercial and figured we would get just one more quote before making the big purchase. Bruce came out that same day and gave us a quote before he left. Coming from a guy who hates overpaying for things, you can be assured that Smiley’s offers honest pricing. Along with our Furnace and A/C purchase, we also replaced out water heater. With already competitive prices, Smiley’s gave us a discount with purchasing multiple pieces of equipment. In addition, Smiley’s also had the best installation dates, being able to install our new unit just 3 days later (which might have been better if not for the snow storm), while other companies estimates were anywhere between 5-14 days later. The installation Crew (Nick, Joshua, and Al’Lin), were professional and thorough. They installed all of our equipment on the same day, in a timely manner. I was told Al’Lin was one of their best installers and took pride in making sure job was done right. He and the crew did exactly that. They also took the time to show/answer all of my questions before leaving. If you are in need of a new unit, give Smiley’s a call before you make your decision.
