Wes exceeding my expectations. Was able to resolve my ceiling vent lack of cooling /heating in my work from home space that others were not able to resolve or suggested more extreme solutions. After years of uneven heating and cooling issues in our 2 story home, my air conditioner finally stopped cooling. I have a dual zoning system which is more complicated and not every HVAC repairman can or wants to work on them. After researching, reading the reviews and speaking with a representative of Smiley’s, she assured me that the repairman was knowledgeable about dual zoning systems ( I have 3 thermostats). I was able to get an appt with Joshua the next day for a diagnostic check. He diagnosed our problem as a damper issue but had to order the part. However, he was able to temporarily rig the air conditioner so we could at least have cool air until the part came a few days later. It was obvious he has a passion for his work and wanted to make sure our home was cool before he left even though he had to order a part and come back to fix it. Not only did he fix our unit, he informed us that he designed dual zoning in the past and gave us information we never knew about using our dual zones to be more comfortable upstairs and downstairs. Joshua was not only knowledgeable about complicated HVAC units but a wealth of information as well. We even bought the maintenance plan to keep our system functioning properly. Joshua was by far the best and most knowledgeable HVAC repairman to work on our system and he has a great personality too!

Heat wasn’t working and I was thinking about burning furniture. Neighbor recommended Smileys. Peyton was on time, engaging, professional and knowledgeable. Will certainly use again—just not for a while, I hope!

Ashley was fabulous as she explained all that she was doing with our semi-annual HVAC maintenance. Let us know she was on the way and cleaned up after herself. Highly recommend Smiley's and I will ask for Ashley in the future.
