The technician Mark who came to my home was courteous, on time, and efficient. He was kind enough to explain the steps he took to service my ac and heating equipment. He was an excellent teacher! He was a real credit to his company! I am extremely pleased with Smiley’s and their service!

Both technicians were outstanding , courteous and very informed and helpful. West ,the lead was a good instructor too.

Excellent service performed by Nick and Tyler. On time, very professional and kept me informed of the project at all times. Always available to respond to questions and wanted to know if I had questions. Reviewed photos of completed work with me. The clean up was outstanding.

Dave the tech found the problem. It was a new system I have been dealing with the problem for 4 years getting a song and dance from the original installer.Dave was on point told me what I needed up front and got the job done.
I thought it was a little pricey. Maybe the office could give Dave a raise and he could get some new pants. His shoes were nice.

I am a recent widow and Smileys treated me wonderful. Bruce Phew was absolutely wonderful. His crew did a great job. I never had to worry about anything. I would always recommend

The day, your tech resolved the issue with the Thermostat I canceled my service agreement with Choice Home Warranty. Since December 27, there were various issues with my Heat pump HVAC system, including according to three techs dispatched to my house respective, the defrosting board, and last the need for rewiring e whole system. Your tech accessed and corrected the situation in less than 30 minutes. IO commend you for hiring good people.

The technician, Westley, was very polite, professional, kind, thorough and hardworking. He inspected, ran diagnostic on heating/AC units. He explained his findings and offered suggestions to increase air quality and efficiency of the ducts. Westley is a real asset to Smiley's. I will be supporting Smiley's and telling my friends about them.
