Everything went smoothly, from the initial walk through and quote from Dean to the install by Terry and Nolan. They were profession, neat, hard working and informed us at every turn. On time and on budget!! We highly recommend them.

We invited 3 local well reviewed HVAC companies to quote replacement of our aging heat pump and air handler system. We wanted either Trane or American Standard. Each company quoted on these systems. Smiley's offered the best price together with a good layout of their installation plan. Smiley's sent a team out for the install one week later; actually came a day earlier than scheduled due to forecasted bad weather the following day. Installation finished in one afternoon as they worked until 7 pm to complete. Dean, the sales technical rep, was very knowledgeable and responsive to any and all questions. The installation team of Mason, Campton and Brent worked diligently and provided a great looking system install just as planned. Clean up was perfect. System function and quietness is better than expected. With what ever system you may choose, you can't go wrong with this company.

Nick & Pedro did an amazing job updating and repairing my HVAC system. Issue was poor air flow in bedroom & bath. Changes were made to duct work, dampers & added a zone. Now A/C works well, best night's sleep since I moved in! They were very professional and Customer Service oriented - thanks for everything!

Furnace Diagnostic Test - Called and was warmly greeted by Wendy with great over the phone service. She assisted with setting up an appointment time and helped to coordinate a technician to come out a look. We had a inspector come and tell us there was a temperature differential issue with our furnace. Technician David came out and took a look at both the upstairs & down stairs units. His service was quick and informative. Suggested after a good yearly routine cleaning and switching up our filters to allow for more air flow, our furnace units will perform better and should solve the issue. Overall experience with Smiley's was Awesome! Would definitely recommend!

From the beginning, Smiley's was professional and extremely helpful. We were without heat and had family coming to stay with us. Smiley's had the product we needed and worked constantly to take care of us. Bruce prioritized our needs and assisted us through the entire process by setting up the crews and staying in touch. The crew was awesome. Mason came to the door to introduce himself and his crew. He kept us in the loop through the entire process. I can't say enough good things about the crew! They worked through the weekend to install a new system for both upstairs and downstairs. New duct work was installed throughout. They cleaned up each day and you couldn't tell they were here other than leaving us with a fantastic service and installation experience. James followed-up after installation to make sure all was well. This is a great company and highly recommended.

Smileys tech Zach found a leaking water pipe under the house while performing a winter system maintenance checkup. I would not have known until it became a major problem. The unit they installed a couple of years ago is working at peak performance and has saved me money on my utility bills.

Great service and repair tech was friendly and made sure that the vent control is operational. The tech call to find HVAC control board. The repair was completed and replace vent control board. However, the attic insulation was left on floor.
