Thank you Taylor and (technician) William Bunch. Yesterday, I arrived home to find that my Mother (who suffers from dementia) had been trying to adjust the thermostat on her own. The house was already at 86 degrees and was continuing to rise. After trying unsuccessfully to get the thermostat to adjust. I called Tommy Garner at 4:56pm. Taylor was so friendly and compassionate. First, he tried helping me over the phone. Then he told me a technician was on there way. Within twenty minutes William arrived. He was so friendly. He quickly discovered the problem, fixed it and explained to me how correct it; if it happens again.. The service call charge was less than half of what other HVAC companies charge. I do not normally do Google reviews. But, this is the second time... Tommy Garner Air Conditioning and Heating, has gone above and beyond to help me. I am beyond grateful. And a customer for life. Thank you!!

Our hot water stopped working last night and they were able to get a technician out to our house within an hour of me calling on a Saturday. Their pricing was much better than other companies, and Dave was awesome! He was very professional and was able to diagnose the issue in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Tommy Garner!

Dave came out in 100 degree weather went on the roof and got straight to work. He explained everything that needs attention and also any safety concerns. He was able to give us tips on how to make our walk in freezer and walk-in cooler more efficient.

The customer service on the phone to the skill level and knowledge of the tech is beyond impressive. For a company that has been in business for over 30 years it appears as if they have been in business around 300 years.

Can’t say enough great things about Tommy Garner, technicians are top notch and I’m especially thankful for Technician Dave who came out over the weekend to help diagnose a refrigerant leak and Dave on the sales side who did the quick turnaround to assist with a new unit. Zach promptly returned our phone call and was extremely professional. He had a technician David immediately respond and fix our heater. David had exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to fix our heater. Today was the worst day out of the entire year to have our heater break with negative degree weather out, but the two men at Tommy Garner Air conditioning and heating put our stress at ease.
