I had my unit replaced by a different company. The installer decided not to finish the installation. When I turned on the new unit the fan kept running, even in the off position. I was not able to turn on the new unit. I called Hendrix Heating & Air on May 20 and Heather sent Anthony and Ronald the next day. They were both so pleasant when they arrived. Both used their mask when they entered the house, and used shoe covers to walk on the carpet. Anthony checked out the outside and inside unit, and provided me with an estimate. The estimate was more than fair, and I agreed to the repairs. Anthony and Ronald fixed all of the issues. Their work is detailed and very well done. I'm so happy with Hendrix Heating & Air. I had many HVAC companies through the home warranty insurance, but no company was like this one. I will sign up with the maintenance plan the company offers. Excellent work, fabulous service.......Thank You😀🤗🤗

Wow!! Recommended by my neighbor and I am a believer. Very professional and personable. I never sign up for a maintenance agreement but I did with Hendrix. No brainer! Call Hendrix! You won't be sorry!

I've use Hendrix on two occasions and both times, Joe was very professional and courteous. He kept me informed of when he was arriving and what he was doing to fix my HVAC unit. The repairs where fast and the prices were reasonable.

I will definitely be using Hendrix again in the future. Joe was very honest and professional. He literally went above and beyond. You don’t find great customer service like that much anymore. Even the person who I spoke with to set up the appointment was sooo nice.. Thank you!

Hendrix came out gave me a price for a new unit, and an option to repair my unit with no pressure. The service tech was amazing and very knowledgeable. I had 3 other companies tell me I needed a new unit, with no option for repair. The replacement quotes were extremely high, and the product they were selling very cheap.... If you want great customer service and a fair price call HENDRIX!!!!!

I was able to find out what was wrong with my furnace. The parts were able to get ordered quickly and replaced so that I could have heat. I would recommend them and continue to use their services.

Hendrix, their reps and installers, are everything you want in a business. Fast, professional, courteous and friendly describes how we were treated from our first call to finishing the installation. A system rep provided us three system configuration estimates the afternoon of his visit (we chose compressor and retrofit to our existing system)

Installers (2) were courteous and answered our questions. As described during the initial reps visit and estimate, all required and agreed to work was completed. After work completion, all areas affected (attic and work path to attic access) were left clean and demolished items removed. Same for outside pad and old unit location.

I'm very pleased with the Hendrix Company and recommend them highly to anyone. I further compliment them on their Web based customer billing and communication approach.
